Go vote for Pavel for play of the week. http://www.nhl.com/ice/news.htm?id=656904

I didn't notice whether Cal had the puck or not. I'll have to watch it again later.
-
If Stinky fish taco still had a profile you could see how negative an account could get, when there was still a neg button. Ah, those were the days.

Oh yeah, kind of forgot about mule...I don't think gus is getting a spot, we have too many forwards, we knew this would happen when we got healthy. I think this is more or less because Tatar earned a spot on the team, or we would have sent him back to GR. And Mursak was at his make or break point. Of course this means he's gonna tear it up against us with some other team assuming he gets claimed; which I think he will.
-
What are the team's salary obligations if he makes it to the AHL?
-
They are making room, but for who? Is Helm coming back anytime soon? I can't even remember who all is injured at this point. Sammy, Bert, Helm? Seems like Tatar is going to keep a spot.
-
I guess the most surprising thing for me to see was that it was Taylor Hall.
-
I agree that he didn't expect Toots, I just think in this sport, you drop your gloves, you sure as hell better be ready for anything. He should have expected to get punched, he was trying to get the jump on E and Toots got the jump on him instead. In this instance, I think 22 did the right thing, even if it cost us a goal. I think he was careful enough not to make it suspension worthy. The Dino hit Kind of reminds me of the Franzen hit on Montador. Kind of.
-
What? Cooke doesn't knee people. (after the Laraque hit)
-
This is not semantics. It's fact. These are sucker punches.
-
It wasn't a sucker punch. Toots grab him in the chest, pushed him back a few feet, then clocked him. He might not have expected him to jump in, but he surely didn't get sucker punched.
-
I guess E lost both his gloves, but he wasn't ready to fight IMO. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s_7oty6i1bw

Ericcson didn't drop his gloves. I'm not even sure he knew Dorsett dropped his yet. E dropped one glove as a result of Toots jumping in. I think Jordin knocked it off. E didn't need to fight there, we need our D on the ice not the penalty box. Dorsett is just pissed he got rocked by a guy half his size.
-
Per Tootoo, I had the same opinion the FSD guys did, he's the fighter, not Ericsson. Ericsson could have handled Dorsett, but don't we prefer our D on the ice, instead of in the box? Not to mention would if E got hurt, broke his hand or something? We're already down enough D and we just lost Q as well (can't say I'm all that bummed, but we need bodies at this point). Even at that, E didn't have his gloves off yet, Dorsett did and was winding up, E wasn't ready for it. E only lost one glove and that was due to Toots jumping in. He didn't sucker punch Dorsett either, he got in between, pushed him back a few feet, and clocked him good.

Howard to start tonight + projected line up
rrasco replied to Vittorino Casiraghi's topic in General
Man, I thought the same thing when I saw the 2nd line. I don't think I can call a line with Dats on it garbage, but he certainly needs something more to work with. -
We have a chat during games, and if you type in lebda it will replace it with a steaming pile of s*** emoticon.

I'm confused too. This is nothing new. Besides the fact that I had the option to get a refund or retain my tickets for next year, there were several quotes that came out weeks or months ago confirming it would be played on 1/1/2014. It's the rest of the schedule for the Winter Festival that I am anxiously waiting to be released, so I can plan my travel.

TSN is reporting the WC is expected to be 86'd today, but we all knew that already. http://www.news1130....y-nov-15-report

It's now been 280 days since Kaspars Saulietis was Kronwalled.

I didn't get to see the third period last night, but why am I not surprised. He was already having a really good game. I thought he should have had 2 goals by that point. NHL.com has a whole section of his highlights right now as well. http://video.nhl.com/videocenter/console?hdpid=49&id=203446

Intentional or not, he cross checked him in the mouth. You are responsible for your stick at all times. He's lucky Q is not a bleeder or he may have gotten more. -
Clearly cleary is the problem.
