I think the only reason Homer hasn't made a decision was because although there is obviously no room on the lineup for him this year, maybe he thinks things will align for him to play next year with the lockout uncertainty. I think it's time he hangs them up, but you can't blame him (that much) for wanting to keep playing.

Good to see the Griffins get some momentum finally going. Wished I could have seen them get a win. In other news, the Rampage blanked the Barons yesterday. I didn't expect that. -
No chance. With people starting to get refunds and the cancellation being official, I'm sure the wheels starting turning for plenty of ticket holders, shareholders, corporate sponsors and all the other stuff that happens behind the scenes the moment the official statement hit the airwaves.

I have no clue. I don't know why they brought him up if they are just going to sit him. -
If this turns out to be true (both that the NHL actually said it would do this and that the math supports their claim), then they better be able to knock out a friggin deal very very soon. I'm not even sure I know what that means. And on that note, I'm not even sure I ever understood the make whole provision to begin with. I tried, it just never clicked.
