Lets think COMPLETELY outside of the box for one minute...

Ericsson at 2-2.25 mil? We have some problems on our hands. Stamkos will never wear the Winged Wheel, can we get these fantasies out of our minds? I heard Dan Bylsma tweeted he was giving Sid and Malkin away to Detroit for 3 mil/yr each! Message me when we're done with this dream. -
He should spend another season bulking up, will he actually end up spending another one? Probably not. They like to rush things in Edmonton.

Oh I thought this was the "we're not winning the cup in 2012 thread" my bad.

You can declare some players being overripe sure, but for the most part this theory that Kenny Holland has been using has worked and is the mold other organizations are implementing now. It's a huge deal with maturity levels in some of these younger sub-par performing organizations. They take their early round draft picks, let them MAYBE play one year in the and minors, some immediately come to the NHL and now they're dealing with inner locker room turmoil because of the lack of maturity and leadership. If i'm a GM of a professional team look for the future, you don't need success immediately and this minute, let the pieces fall into place and i'm positive you'll love where you're at later down the road. EDIT: *im not only talking about physical maturity levels in players, i'm also referring to the maturity level of their gameplay and teamwork. overall maturity*

Stubhub has always been great to me, bought tickets to roughly 5-6 games last season and had absolutely no problems. Hope you get your visit and game buddy, it's a great atmosphere to be in.

The thing is this, Babcock is off reading books on success and he said case studies show that new upcoming leaders are better than old pressed leaders in almost every case. He now has the mindframe that he wants to find these new coaches that no one has heard of to bring a new style to the Red Wings. This was all said in one of his video interviews. He came across saying that it's obvious that we're coming up short here two years in a row from the same thing, we need some changes and that calls for new faces. He wants to change his style of play and he's looking for the new guys to address the styles to the team. So we may all be wrong here and he's going to surprise us all with some random names on his bench.

I would say it's harsh to talk some poopoo about Vancouver for some ungodly reason, but we're allowed to talk s*** because we've been through this pain before. Thankfully, we also win Stanley Cups.
-
Guys. unfortunately this is a late delayed fake broadcast, as we all know Vancouver had secured the Stanley Cup back in March. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

ESPN did a nice piece about this earlier this year that went pretty indepth, I believe they even wouldn't allow the ref being questioned call in the playoffs due to all of the schemes. I believe it was Miller?

The NFL is tangled right now with the whole lockout issue, so I wouldn't put Suh down for not working out when Drapes did. I'm not sure if this thread needs to be here considering a better topic would've been that Drapes wants to come back for another season and wants a strict answer of yes or no before training camp so he doesn't become what Malts did. To stay on course with your thread though, all athletes train the hardest during the off-season, its their time to make their progress and work on the things they need to. Come season time you should physically and mentally be ready for all the games and that shouldn't be the time you're sitting back evaluating what you should've worked on instead.

I think he could help too though, it's up to how much we would be willing to change systems and how open minded we were. Most of the systems that Richards was using were already in place when he took the Wild's head coaching position. In all honesty though, I don't believe he'll come to take an assistant role after having a head coaching position.

Todd Richards road to success: Step 1: Gain the lead Step 2: Play any style of the trap Step 3: Sit back and relax boys, it's going to be a long boring game. Just kidding Jacques Lemaire brought the trap before Richards, he just continued to implement the style.

I've seen Kronner hit harder and have the same effect on people. Not to say Kronner should be suspended for a lot of his open ice hits but come on now, some of y'all need to take your homer blinders off. That hit wasn't as bad as it seemed, watch the replay. If it wasn't for the injury and stretcher which was most likely to prevent any worst conditions, I doubt this would be looked at just like many other members have stated.

Thats badass, I've been to a couple games where hes at but whenever they show him on the big screen hes just sitting there twirling his thumbs.
