Bertuzzi (someone I've heralded in the past) is playing terrible now. Even the few points hes been getting aren't special. IMO he's looked to be a liability on the ice lately. No sense of where to be offensively or defensively. IMO he's done.

Why take a guy who specializes on dealing with personnel? and make him deal with assets? I have no idea if you have experience in business, but as someone who does, my best guess is you don't

IMO i think we need a puck mover, so yes a point guy, but even a corvo or zidlicky type guy would be good. I expect Kindl Smith to take steps forward next year

I agree with all of this. Yes that is currently salary lol, I was hoping you guys would speculate what they would get in a new deal. When it comes to Gus I don't think Mrazek is ready, or at least I think Holland wants him playing in GR longer. And he's had success here with his countrymen so I feel like that's motivation to stay a few more and ignore other teams.

He's a scorer. The pressure is on him to put the biscuit in the basket. He's not a playmaker like Dats or Z where: Oh hey? You couldn't pot my awesome feed? No worries I'll just feed you again. I think he goes through slumps and the resulting frustration like most scorers not named Ovechkin and Stamkos do. Don't think he doesn't have the hunger.

Legwand has been the #1 C on a team thats biggest problem had always been forwards. I think his best line mate ever was that bum Radulov. Gotta think his numbers may increase now that he's got legit wingers.

Zetterberg - Datsyuk - Alfredsson Nyquist - Legwand - Franzen Tatar - Sheahan - Jurco Weiss - Helm - Abdelkader Is going to be by far the best forward corps in the playoffs. And that's with other solid players scratched. Really too bad we didn't land that Dman. Retool the D this summer and we could be hot again
