Top 3 lines should be rolled evenly. Datsyuk centering one, Zberg centering one, and the kid line as the third. Or let Weiss center D or Z. Franzen Nyquist and Nestrasil/Helm/Abby can fill in as wingers

Tired of Franzen carrying this team. He deserves a few nights off.

I would add St. Louis and New York, to that list, and Vancouver and Philly were also in the mix there for a minute. Plenty of good teams that havnt won recently. San Jose and Anaheim. And now Tampa and Dallas are emerging.

It's interesting to see how Nestrasil has now suddenly stepped into the limelight. He was a disappointing prospect up until a week ago. I think Mantha has longer to go than most think.

Dude ur like "the world is flat" With this need for a fighter. At what point are you not listening and just blindly needing/wanting this? Pls tell me. I want to know what's motivating this. I'm all for a fighter ( a good one who isn't a one dimensional liability eating up a roster spot) but you make me look like a 100 lb scrub when wet who'd shy from fighting a kitty a cat with this blind blood fervor. You will literally take any guy who can fight won't you?

Certainly, I'm not saying it does. I think it's a work in progress but I also think miller is a piece in the puzzle. I think Glendening is a great addition. Also brings great speed and defensive prowess, but is much stronger, mouthy, and gritty than Miller is. Andersson is blah and should go bye bye soon if there's no improvement.EDIT: a big guy who isn't a pylon would be great on the 4th line Miller - Glendening - McKee (or similar type)

A little more recent, but I think one of my favorite memories was watching centcougar being revealed as a Wild fan unfold lol I felt like I was in a scooby doo mystery. "It was old man Minnesota all along" For those who don't know or remember, he was that dude who came around and talked about how crappy our prospect pool was and how we should all be envious of say... Idk... Minnys great prospect pool? Feigning to be a wings fan the whole time. He stirred the pot quite a bit and then doom n gloomed hardcore about the wings when his beloved Parise and Suter signed with the wild. Shorty after he was revealed as Minny fan. I think he was doing this trolling bit on multiple team sites throughout the league or something. In fact a certain poster around here used to bump elbows with centcougar quite a but, up until he was revealed as a Minny troll anyway. Actually I think he just returned the other day and his name is a synonym for wealthy or the name Richard or rhymes with ditch.

So we have cough medicine and acne cream on our team now. This team needs a real doctor, not crappy pharmacy items.

I think they'res many types of 4th line players. Shutdown guys, agitators, enforcers, etc. Miller is a shutdown guy, and basically a poor mans Helm. A 4th line needs a combo of different player types just like the top lines do. Just cause we don't have a Matt Martin or a Colton Orr right doesn't mean Miller doesn't serve a purpose or fill a role.EDIT: now if Eaves was here I would agree we have too many guys Miller types in the bottom 6

Nothing? Miller is one of the better shot blocking forwards in the entire league and plays D like a champ. Very solid fourth liner.

Agreed. I think we are just going to have to deal with a lull from him. I think he should be playing with Z and Nyquist on his wings. If that doesn't spark his confidence quick nothing will.

Oh god diesel is such a bad nickname, pls don't even mention it. Now it's X-man and Nesty. I can live with X-man but Nesty is already becoming annoying. He should probs play on a line with Zetty and Datsy, or Helmy and Frany, u get my point.

Can Weiss be demoted? And at what gain?

We all said the same thing last season and the season before "logjam! They have to trade!" Never happened. Not getting my hopes up.

Jest taken. I think it's smart thinking by management though. No one really knows the rest of the league like the players do. Although it backfires as well. Helm has long been a close friend of Tootoos, before he was here. I think that connection had a lot to do with the terrible Tootoo signing.
