So apparently "Registration for summer class opens at 8:00 AM on 4/6/2011" means "Registration for summer classes opens whenever we feel like it".

So, Jon met with an advisor today, and it looks like he'll be taking some classes toward his Masters in Computer Science starting as early as this Summer! I am constantly inspired by how ambitious, disciplined, and brilliant he is. I love you, Zombathon Zones!

I think Slim Pickins made up the WCCCD Summer Class schedule this year. Registration isn't officially open yet, but it looks like I'm stuck with: English 120 (I'm not stuck with this. It's a requirement around which I built the rest of my schedule), American Government and the African American Struggle, Intro to Sociology, and Intro to the Performing Arts. Meh.

Lily is sleepwalking right now and it's HILARIOUS.

While at first I felt like the Charlie Sheen stuff was lulzy and a refreshing change from the way celebrities normally deal with a scandal, the fact that he's profiting from this is a little scary. Even if he is hilarious, the man (who, btw, is the father of 5 kids, two of whom are very young) is still an abusive drug addict.

Ahahaha, I read on TV Tropes just now that X-Files fans coined the terms "shipping" and "shippers". I feel like I played a part in creating a monster.

I'm not even going to bother trying not to eat a paczki tomorrow. Sorry, diet.

Holy crap, I can't believe VegFest is so early this year--March 27th. Is anyone else going to navigate this sea of Mona Vie, snake oil supplements, and a foreign = magic mentality with me, in search of legitimate animal rights resources and meatless food?
