    Assuming you sleep for 8 hours a day, it works out to be:

    62.5 push ups/hour

    62.5 sit ups/hour

    So every 20 minutes, throughout the whole day, you do 20 push ups and 20 sit ups? IF you do in fact do this (which I HIGHLY doubt), wow, talk about over working your abs/chest.

    You also claimed to do 975 push ups, and 975 sit ups during ONE hockey game. A game is roughly 2 - 2.5 hours? I'm not even gonna bother with the calculations for this one.

    Pls go.

    Yes! I went all over the hell today looking for a Bertuzzi jersey for my fiance. I had no real luck, the best I could do was order one, and it won't be in until 1/5. I took the pick-up slip, and put it in a James Taylor cd case, (because we both find it hilarious that Bert's favorite singer is James Taylor) and wrapped that.

    The person below me watches the news.

    The sound of a train going by makes me feel lonely.

    It makes me feel safe. I've always lived really near railroad tracks, and I remember being a little kid and being scared alone in my room at night, but when I'd hear the train, I knew there were people out there and the "monsters" (or whatever abstract fear) couldn't get me. Even now, I have a difficult time falling asleep in total silence.

    Read a book or listen to it on tape

    Usually read it myself, except for in the rare instances when the person reading the book-on-tape has an exceptionally nice voice.
