David Legwand was our first ever draft pick in 1998,he may have not been the face of the team,but he was on the preds longer then both rinne and weber,That means something Now, Our Power Play is suffering without him -

David legwand did not ask to be traded,he wanted to play in nashville,but the preds weren't gonna offer him a contract,so instead of letting him walking in the offseason,like suter did and got nothing for him,They decided to trade legwand,he had other offers from other teams,but detroit is where he wanted to go,so the preds found a way to get him to detroit -

i'm glad that leggy gets to play for this hometown team,We are gonna miss #11 here in nashville,but i think most preds fans are starting to cheer for y'all guys,now,that y'all are not in the disvision anymore,Every pred fan was hoping that leggy would be the first preds draft pick to retire as a pred,but it may not happen that way.
