I agree, wasn't pretty at the end but it's 1-1 going into the 3rd on the road. Does anyone love the fact that the whole city of Chicago is going to hate Abby by the end of this series.

The problem is that we can't hide anyone against these guys and as much as I hate Quenville he is smart enough to know that Smith is a complete liability right now and every time he is on the ice the puck is going into his corner. Until he starts making some play they will just abuse him over and over.

I want the kid to be a good player but he's too hit and miss. He's missing big tonight. They just dump it in his corner every single time.

At this point I would put White in in a heartbeat. Can't play any worse than Smith is. Hopefully he can turn it around..just looks so nervous everytime he touches it

It is amazing how many times Smith has turned the puck over tonight..completely out of his element.

If Cleary plays like he did in the Ananheim he is nothing but an asset to this team. He played hard, cleared pucks, went to the net, took a lot of crap and abuse. I want that Cleary, not the regular season Cleary.

We win game 1 3-0 and the series 4-0. Get out the brooms. In all honesty we gave up a lot of very good scoring chances against the Ducks, we need to cut those down.

We just need to work harder than these guys for 60 minutes and we will beat these guys. Take shifts, periods or games off and they will kill us..alot of skill over there.

It would've been an optional morning skate anyways, no big deal.

My theory is that you don't have to be great..you just have to be better then the other guy and he outplayed Hiller by a ton. Ask Grant Fuhr about this theory.

Nothing comes easy that's for sure, he made a great clear in the last minute along the boards.

Our young guys are growing up fast, I watched Cleary give Brunner a speech on the bench early in the 3rd and for the rest of the game I watched Brunner make the right play every time.

What a gutsy effort by our guys. Dan Cleary has been deserving of the whipping boy title this year, hell my 4 year old can play better than he has at points this year but that guy has been great for the last 2 weeks. Pure guts and hard work and it showed tonight. Bring on the Hawks, I love it......oh and to the so called fans that counted us out after game 5.....we know who you are.

The 3-3 goal is just chicken s*** refs not calling a penalty but the 3-2 goal there is no excuse for. Flip is better off putting that puck 35 rows into the crowd. So terrible

Do you even watch the game? Lashoff was terrible last game and very average in general. It's game 6, we can't lose..no time to wonder if this kid can turn it around. He's going to be a good d man but he's in over his head.

The fact the Lashoff looked completely overwhelmed by the pace of the game the other night would be a start. I like the kid but he really needs to work on his footwork in the offseason. I think we will see Sammy or Bert on that 2nd line before the end of the 1st period. I love that speed and energy of our kid line but it might be time to put a veteran with two of the kids. They tend to get caught up ice and we can't afford any freebies tonight. Or Donkey Kong, he could clear some room out for our forwards.

Which is exactly the reason the comparison between him and Sid stopped long ago, Sid works hard all over the ice and love him or hate him there is absolutely no question who the better player is.
