Can we add this to our fighting majors total for the year?

When the season started it would've been safe to say that there were 3 to 4 guys who might be thought of as being the MVP of this team this year but with 28 games left barring any serious push from anyone a goalie who was supposed to get 25-30 starts max is the MVP on this team this year. If you dont think Howard is the MVP of this team to this point can you give me your suggestions as to who you think it should be.

It's pretty scary to think that Brunnstrom is even making Leino look good this year lol

Promise? Janik is a suitcase d man who has bounced around between the NHL and AHL, Like Lebda he is not going to get any better than what he is now. I like the way he played when he was up but he's a servicable number 6 d man just like Lebda !

The Roxy is a beauty, last year after a Vancouver - Columbus game I watched Raffi Torres almost rip a guy a new *******. Well I guess we better go on a f***in winning streak then shouldn't we. Seems like a pretty easy damn solution to me or you can all sit around and ***** and whine like 4 year olds and throw in the towel with like almost 30 games left ! Logic tells me that to get back into 8th we win our next game and Calgary loses and voila we are ahead of them again , thats not so complicated is it ?

I'm still confused about the math, after tonight we have 29 games left, that is 58 possible points and if Calgary wins and we lose we are 1 pt out of 8th. Why cant we make the playoffs? Did they shorten the season to 53 games? If so I'm pissed and I want my money back for the center ice package I paid for.

It happens every year where teams come from behind and leap frog other teams. It's pretty simple coming down the stretch, we need to start winning, period ! I think this team is very capable of a big winning streak but capable and actually doing it are 2 different things !

Oh no, don't get me wrong, its a really big deal but I'm pretty sure just as bad as we've played we could turn it around. Teams go on big runs every year, is there any reason we cant do that? Hey listen i'm all for criticism and this team deserves some but really you have two options, cry like a little girl and jump off the bandwagon or have some constructive criticism and stick with the team like a real fan would do !

The Oilers are in a world of trouble, they are terrible and they have a bunch of salaries on the books that nobody will even trade for. Horcoff - 5.5 million (19 pts, -23) Hemsky - 4.1 (22pts, injured but still) OSullivan - 3 million (26pts) Souray 5.4 million (4 goals, 13pts) Gilbert 4 million (what the f*** 4 millon for this guy?) Grebeshkov 3.1 (once again, what the f***) They are in a world of hurt because most of these contracts are not up at the end of the year which wouldn't make these guys rentals at the deadline so to speak !

Cool stats bro, how about we screw all the stats, get healthy, win some games, make the playoffs, go in as the underdogs for once, beat everyone, hoist the mug !

Lol, Lebda does skate well, the problem is he only skates well forwards which doesnt do much for a defenseman, its kinda weird how he can fly going forwards but looks like a bloody tree with legs going backwards. Im not saying I wouldn't rather have Johnson than Lebda, all I'm saying is lets not get too far ahead of ourselves with this guy. As for Lebda, love him or hate him his time may be coming to end in Detroit but he has put some serviceable time in the past years as a 5/6th defenceman for this team.
