Tsn just had an interview with Brunnstrom, he even admits that he might not be ready for the NHL. His agent thinks he's top 6 but he's not sure if he's ready. I have an idea, pick a team, come to a training camp and earn your spot junior!!

I think we can mostly likely thank this kid's agent for the rockstar like tour of NHL cities and the shameless self promotion. This kid could be great or he could quite possibly not make it through his first NHL training camp!! Time will tell. Comparing him to Grigorenko is like apples to oranges, Grig's was a blue chip NHL prospect until his car accident, which quite obviously derailed his development, don't get me wrong, he was given a chance and it was proven he lacks the work ethic. Brunnstrom was an off the radar late bloomer.

I wouldn't touch this guy with a ten foot pole, he score 10 goals in 8 games and then dissapears for 20 games!!

Hopefully he can play because this lineup we have been using hasn't lost since Lebda came in for Lilja. On the other hand if he can't play we have guys who can come in and fill the gap!

I thought it was a very good hockey game, the Av's weren't all that good but we really put on a skating, passing, shooting, scoring clinic. I would think that someone watching hockey for the first time could have learned alot about the game from watching. There wasn't alot of hitting by either team, I mean the Av's can't hit what they can't catch!! There was a decent fight also. What can I say though, people find something to complain about around here even after a convincing win and a 2-0 lead in the series!!

I agree, if the Wing's keep playing the way they're playing I don't care if they put a brick wall in net we will find a way to score!!!

Its quite obvious that this team doesn't have alot of really glaring faults and I don't know if this has been mentioned somewhere else in this thread but has anyone noticed how we play like a bunch of chicken's with our head's cut off after the other team's we play score a goal. For a team with such a strong veteran presence you would think that we could be more calm after we get scored on. Anywho..we are still up 2-1, we just need to tighten it up a bit...we have these glaring 3-4 minute stretches where we are just tragic. IMO we could use a little more speed on the back end which would mean bringing either Lebs or Meech or both into the lineup. Chelly, Lilja, and Stuart looked like slugs at some times tonight. Just my 2 cents..might be all it's worth!!

I agree..is it that bad to have a guy who is over passionate about the sport we love? He was the reason behind the innovation of having a guy between the benches, he does good interviews and ask's good questions, him and Bob Mackenzie have connections in the hockey world that nobody else has. Does he say some stuff about the Wing's that some of us might not agree with? of course he does..but who cares..its his job to create some drama. You people talk about him like he's Osama or some other s***clown, the fact of the matter is Pee-yair is passionate and opinionated!!..is there really a big problem with that?

If we play like we did in the 3rd period it will be hard for anyone to beat us. All in all it was a good game..it got a little sketchy in the 2nd period but the bottom line is we are up 2 games to none.. Way to go Wing's!!!
