Complaining about the reffing nowadays is about as productive as me trying to work off my beer gut while i eat a pizza and drink 4 bottles or red wine, you win some, you lose some these days as it pertains to reffing, I understand your frustration but if you want to go the whole season living your life through the refs than you had better go see a heart doctor sir!!

I agree with you man..this game needs to get tougher under the hash marks again but when you see this hit it won't look like the worst hit you've ever seen by any means but the vulnerability is what makes this hit bad!! If we were at game 60 and Dats' numbers were way down maybe there would be reason to start a thread about it but we have played 15 games and his numbers may be slightly down but who's to say he doesn't go nuts in the next 5 games and score 6 goals and 4 assists. At that point you can take all your stats and projections and throw them in the garbage. Bitching about a guy's statistical projections 15 games into the season is absurd. 10-90, 30-70, 40-60..who gives a s*** as long as someone is putting the puck in the net and we are putting W's on the board. Oh and don't talk about Z and injuries, that is just bad karma.

Naslund has never been the same since Bert clobbered Moore. Once Bertuzzi's game changed and he started ***** footing around the ice Naslund never got the same kind of open ice to score as he did when Bert was running people over and creating space for him. Naslund is still a 20-25 goal guy in this league but he will never be the man he once was. Oh yea..he makes 6 million dollars a year too

Classy!! I have never been a Forsberg fan but this is a tough break and probably the end of his career. Helluva hockey player and one of the most intense and clutch playoff performers I have ever seen. I could have cared less if we got him on the Wing's or not. For the right price he would have worked but it look's like that is all water under the bridge now.

To throw Luongo under the bus is just crazy..the guy can only play good for so long until people have to start looking at the bunch of losers they have playing in front of him!! Now with Salo and Bieksa gone for what looks like a decent amount of time I would say it's gonna be tough for them to play the same kind of hockey they played after xmas last year!! It's quite funny how none of my friends who are Canucks fans want to talk hockey with me right now!!

Very true.. I would take 90-100 pts out of Hank and a +20 or so compared to Sid's 120+ pts and an even plus minus or around that number.

He was asked about his progress and said there are still some minor complications, he talked about how he has had to have a major life style change pertaining to how he eats, excersises and stuff like that. He said that for a while after the incident he was basically in a state of depression and didn't want to do anything to that would get his heart racing. I was at the game last night too and I wore my jersey and I find it quite funny how stupid some of the comments people say to me are. Last night after the game we are on Granville street and some guy say's to me " your team sucks, they are a bunch of old farts". I just looked at the idiot and said " it look's like your team just got beat by a bunch of s***ty old farts"!!. That was the end of that conversation

For me it's gotta be a guy like Vinny Lecavalier who fights his own battles...two nights, two fights...LOVE IT!!

I am hoping I get to see Howard on Sunday night in Vancouver..it may be a good game for him to start since the Canucks probably will only direct like 12 shots on net!!
