Not really, he's just saying (I'm assuming) that fighting has it's place in the game but is not as important versus winning in the grand scheme of things. If the Wings won by fighting 50 times a game, great, more power to them as winning is the most important thing. But the Wings don't win by winning (EDIT - meant to say fighting, thanks 'thedisappearer') 50 times a game. And you don't have to explain to me all the lines and commentary on toughness and fighting and standing up for people, it's been said 5402342 times in here and I get it.

People cared for Hudler because he was a member of the Red Wings, and some still do care for him or wish him the best in Moscow. And he did produce fairly well given his salary and time. Wasn't a world beater but produced decent the past two seasons overall.

Both very annoying, but guys with the pants halfway down thing gets the slight edge. As for the women trait above I like looking at women who look good obviously, but you don't have to dress like a **** or trashy to impress me. Just look like yourself. As already stated, it's hard to be washed up when you haven't even played a full NHL season and you are only in your mid-twenties. And from what I read, Cloutier asked for a tryout, he wasn't being heavily sought. If he does somehow manage to be all the odds stacked against him to make the team, (1) Howard was never set to go to the NHL from the start, (2) great for Cloutier, and (3) more power to him. I highly doubt much will come from this.
