Wow. Even though I have Charter Commnications and can find places to watch stuff on VS that carry the Dish Network, this does not make me a happy camper b/c some places I like to go have DirectTV. Add to that that this is a double whammy for me as I love hockey obviously and the college I went to plays its sports in the Mountain West Conference.

It's called predicitions/guesses and there's really nothing much else to talk about in the offseason, and being controversial draws more attention to your information.

^ This. Some are always going to dislike Bertuzzi because of the "incident" or whatever other reasons they have, and nobody here will change their minds. The only chance that their minds will be changed is by Bertuzzi himself. No problem with that. Signing Bertuzzi doesn't diminish the Wings image or make them less "classy" or more hated. Winning on a consistent basis for over a decade has made them villains. I like my team being a villain for that reason. And, just as a quick side-note rant, I absolutely hate the word class in here and how it is used to identify things.

Am so ready for college football! The college I went to was one of the big three of the Mountain West last season, we finished 11-2 and ranked #7 last year. Was so down after we lost to Utah in the final minute of our game against, if we didn't we would've likely gone to the Sugar Bowl over them. Happy for their win obviously though. Still was an awesome season, only losses came to them and Oklahoma. Hopefully my school will be as good this year and can hopefully crack the BCS.

I have nothing against Brett Favre personally, if he wants to play football and keep doing tihs as a living, more power to him, but my god I am tired of hearing about him. Him, Sidney Crosby, Tim Tebow. Guys I have absolutely zero beef with but it just get beyond the point of absurdity how media kisses these people's butts.
