Shouldn't matter to anybody who or what you root/stand for. You root for who you want to root for and as long as it isn't hurting you or people you care about, keep doing whatever ya want.

Innocent victim. He isn't a cereal killer. Those kids are just mean to him. Better cartoon dog - Dino (Flintstones) or Astro (Jetsons)

Soup and Sandwich. Order doesn't matter to me. Dino from the Flintstones... Is he a dog or a dinosaur, or both?

Nope. Can't think of anything I need to ask somebody that's ruling my thoughts right now. The person below me wants to go where no man, or woman, has gone before, but will probably just hang out in their hometown. The person below me will also explain to us where this place is that no man or woman has gone before.

This is definitely a good problem to have. Been very impressed with Conner and I think he's earned a spot to stay temporarily. Absolutely zero clue what to do with other 3rd/4th line personnel to risk losing somebody, I really don't want to lose any of them! In no particular order... Miller has been playing well lately and been pretty solid all season so far, you know what you get from him with solid penalty killing and an occasional goal/offensive stat sheet contribution. Holmstrom is too valuable to scratch because of his potential to get goals or contribute on the power play with his role, even if he only plays 10 minutes a game or barely contributes anything on the stat sheet in even strength. Not that he's been bad even strength, but we know what we're going to get from him there unless he's playing with Datsyuk or Zetterberg and he's not going to see much ice time late in games in defending situations. Still, too valuable to take out. Eaves is great on the penalty kill and busts his rear end every play and has more offensive upside than Miller. He's not going anywhere once he gets healthy. Abdelkader hasn't been great, but far from terrible. Unless he falls off the face of the earth he's solid on a 3rd/4th line still. The biggest wild cards are Emmerton and Mursak. Not that Emmerton has been bad, the other guys are either too valuable in a given role to take out or been playing too good to justify being scratched. Mursak deserves his chance once he's healthy but if he doesn't pan out after so many games (how many, I have no clue), do you risk a trade/waiver with him? Same with Emmerton?

Right now no shake ups are really needed. I feel for Commodore, but Kindl has played well pretty much all season, and at least lately Big Rig has been solid. He's far from my favorite but I don't think he's as bad as his whipping boy status. Unless somebody just starts struggling or an injury pops up, I don't see him getting out there. Depth is a good problem to have however.

It's funny, because I'm pretty much the exact opposite side of the coin in line with what GoWings1905 said, but I totally see where you are coming from. He is a fuzznut, but with me there are also a fair amount of other fuzznuts in the league. Maybe not as bad as Crosby, maybe worse, that's purely subjective from person to person and not my main point. There are other players that definitely act like a**es along with Crosby, it's just absurd how much attention he gets. I think its fair to say that even he might think the attention is a bit over the top. And I'm definitely not implying that "ZOMG A RED WING SHOULD BE GETTING MORE ATTENTION!!!" Not even close and I don't care about that. And I am not jealous of his talent. And it really doesn't have anything to do with us playing them two years in a row in the Finals. I get not liking him from that or the rivalry aspect, I like the concept of rivalries in general but I don't like going overboard with them. I moreso want my fav. team to win vs. other teams losing or failing most times. So, I get and respect that he is one of the best in the game today, perhaps the best. Crosby is definitely worth paying attention to from a talent perspective alone, but it's boggling how sometimes media can just shun his complaining and being a fuzznut off sometimes like a case of fleas when it really stands out at times. And how they don't focus on other athletes/superstars in general more at times. Plus in general with me, it's just aggravating when any athlete or person or whatever is just so overhyped or talked about too much, whether it is sports, politics/news, whatever. As annoying as Crosby is which certainly doesn't help, the following of his every move (and again you could pretty much insert any person to replace Crosby - I'd probably still say "ENOUGH!" after a while) is more numbing and aggravating to me. Is the NHL better off with him healthy? As painful as he is to tolerate sometimes for me, yes. I hope he can recover. As stated earlier though by somebody, don't put the majority or all your eggs in one basket with just one superstar marketing the league. There's plenty of talent out there and the NHL can be fine without him if that is the case.

Nope. I like surprising people in mischievous ways. At least in my mind I do. The person below me understood the conversation going on during this telephone call and will explain what it was. The person below me also understood why they were afraid of the phone to begin with and will explain why. The person below me also understands who leaves a telephone in the middle of the open like that and will explain why. The person below me also knows who pays the phone bill there and will tell us.

Less travel, playing every team at least twice. Good. Selfishly not having to stay up late as much to watch games. Good. Even with those late games coming on an hour earlier where I am from at 9:00 or 9:30, it is still hard to stay fully up for them as I'm pretty much used to routine before work during the week and am awake pretty much every morning around 4:00am. I am happy. Would've loved a full switch to what would've been the Eastern Conference or playing them more than just twice, but what can ya do, I think less travel was priority #1. EDIT: Biggest losers in this are Tampa Bay and Florida with more travel and not possibly being molded into a confernece with Carolina or Nashville (I know conferneces would have to be radically shuffled again for this to happen - just generally spaeaking), for example.

Because you aren't going to hit your own teammate. That's just silly. As for dropping the gloves, I get the logic generally speaking but what was Miller supposed to do? Both of them were on the ground already. Highly doubt either of them would've waited for the other to get up.

You'd do nothing in the heat of the moment when getting bulldozed like that? I'm not talking about your typical scrums right before or after a puck freeze. Somebody running into you at full speed, accidental or not. Pretty big difference there. Whether Tootoo accidentally did this or not, this does not help his rep whatsoever.

Nope. The person below me thinks that this is a cool way to play Old MacDonald had a farm.
