Excellent. Training for a marathon in roughly five months. Ran nearly 11 miles Saturday, ran 6 on Monday faster than usual, had 2 extremely hard days of cardio in a row early in the morning, one burning 785 calories in 40 minutes, roughly 19.6 calories burned per minute.

As much as eva unit zero's posts about *thou shall not be named* absolutely annoy the hell out of me, this was uncalled for. It's not on topic and it's not all that funny. Your posts about *thou shall not be named* are equally annoying, just on the other side. Both of you make me absolutely sick and tired of hearing *thou shall not be named's* name, because you both bring him up in nearly every. damned. thread. that has nothing to do with him. You two seriously need to get a room and duke it out. Congrats on Brunnstrom for getting a contract, regardless of if it largely or solely was because of a roster opening on injury. If it happens to where he plays well and has to get claimed off waivers, so be it. I'd like for him to remain a Wing if possible if he produces, but if he's able to ressurect his professional career regardless, definitely more power to him.

Not sure if the original poster was just trying to be a smart allec or what not, but diving is a problem. It's just an apples-oranges comparison with the two. If diving/unsportsmanlike conduct was actually called more than once every 15 games, less people would do it.

New York, but only because I've been there twice since 2006 and remember it better. Haven't been to Los Angeles since I was 10 or 11. If I went back, I'd figure out how to enjoy it. I find ways to enjoy myself pretty much wherever I am at. Gatorade or Powerade.

I can see both sides of the argument. In terms of most arenas today, JLA is outdated. Speaking on that alone on it not being as modern, I'm not trying to make it sound like that is bad or sound snobby. I went to a few Dallas Stars games when I was in college in the area in the late 90s/early 2000s before they moved into American Airlines Arena. Like JLA, Reunion Arena was as basic as it got, a basic bowl shape with two levels and just one concourse. If you could put up with it, games and atmoshperes in such arenas can be so much fun because everything is so compact and get loud quick. I enjoyed watching games in there, and a few games I have been able to see in JLA as well. Wouldn't mind if they stayed at JLA for the nostagila and history, but won't be shocked if/when they move in a new arena.

We might think it is harsh, possibly because it happened to a guy on our favorite team, possibly just in general we might think it is harsh, but given the inconsistency of suspension lengths of such hits (generally speaking) in recent memory, I'm all for Shanahan laying the hammer down hard and often on anybody as long as he is consistent.

You don't get it. Just like your polar opposite, both of you bring him up in these absurd extremes and bring him up in topics or subjects that have absolutely nothing to do with him over and over and over again. 9 times out of 10, we know what is coming from both of your keystrokes, and when it's annoying in either extreme positive or negative, people are going to neg you. Both of you are grown men that should know damned well that he is neither as bad or as good as either of you underhype or overhype him respectively, yet you two still keep on doing it over and over and over again. I have little doubt that yall aren't trying to purposefully piss people off, but it is still incredibly numbing and annoying. Most times I want to strangle both of you, figuratively speaking of course, when I read your responses. Nobody here says he is the greatest thing since sliced bread or an all-star like you perceive, and conversely most people don't think he is as bad as a dumptruck (when he isn't in a dry spell or whatever) like eva unit zero perceives. The only two people with these absurd extremes are you two. Not the LGW community, you two and you two alone. The majority of people will likely give him fair kudos if he is playing well, or dog him accordingly and fairly if he struggles (like much of the beginning of last season for instance). Nothing more or less. And making a big deal out of being negged is annoying as well, worrying about ego or how you look on here to people you probably will never see in life. Let it be, people don't have to explain themselves to you or why they plus or minus you. You want to keep disliking somebody, doesn't bother me, that's totally your business and your choice and I respect that and won't be able to change that, I'm not trying to. Not trying to change eva unit zero's supporting of Hudler either. But keep beating a dead horse in this type of fashion and in places that have nothing to do with him, you are going to get a good bit of negatives and bashlashes more often than not. Now as for Brunnstrom, I think at worst he secured himself a minor league contract here, definitely improved his chances lately to make the Wings and with some recent injuries to other probables. Would love to have him in the system.
