I've only remember it snowing down in my neck of the woods maybe 3 or 4 times ever and people were just flipping out. It was ridiculous. People drive absolutely stupid here even if it's a light drizzle. Either you have jackasses drive out here who think it's NASCAR and who have no consideration for others on the road, or you have people that drive 10 MPH below the speed limit. These people DRIVE ME NUTS! When I lived in Dallas-Fort Worth for a couple of years most people drived fast but where good drivers for the most part. It snowed infrequently every year, but the drivers didn't really seem to be bothered by it. Didn't bother me as there was very little accumulation whenever it did snow. There was a nasty ice storm that lasted a few days up there though a few years ago and that was quite the challenge to drive in. I was probably going 15-20 MPH max and just tapping my breaks to make sure I stopped when I needed to. Leaving my apartment complex I had to go up a hill to exit, and it was too icy one of the days and my car slid right back down, it was pretty funny actually. People back down here though can't drive for s**t generally speaking, and it's pretty sad considering most of the area down here is all flat.

That will probably work for me (I may not know my work schedule for sure until a couple weeks ahead, but my guess is that it'll be ok). I would say let's get there an hour before the game. If we do Champps (Big Beaver just off of I-75) then we don't want to get there too early. While they have huge TVs, they run the place more like a "real" restaurant than just a sports bar. If we meet by 2:30, we should be good to stay for a few hours as long as we tip well! SWF, you're still in town at that point, right? Affirmative.
