Wings shipped Mantha back down to Grand Rapids. What are they thinking? These people have no clue what they are doing. We have players that shouldn't be in the lineup, but they are there nonetheless. Greatly disappointed in this decision.

An interesting comment from Zetterberg. He stated the wings play well when they aren't stubborn. What does he mean? I take it as meaning that some/many players are not buying into Blashill's system ( if there is one). I think this a a silent revolution.

I have read comments from Helm and Tatar. Their comments were very disturbing. Their comments all indicate that Blashill mishandled the locker room. So much dissension. He couldn't put lines together. Worst of all was Firschweiler, his buddy. How can he keep someone so lacklustre and clueless. Now it appears he will be the defensive coach. The defence was bad before. Look out now. New players will not make a difference because the people on top are the same. I would love to be a fly on the wall when the players meet with Holland and Blashill. I had high hopes for Blash but he killed the spirit that is the RedWings.

Just saw the first period on PVR. That 2 man advantage confirmed my belief that this coaching staff is incompetent. Green had at least 5 chances to one time it and he refused. What was he thinking? The commentators on CBC are stating how the PP has been bad all year. This falls on Firschweiler since he is the one in charge of it. Blashill is to blame as well since this is his buddy. Because it's his buddy, he won't be replaced.
