So what does everyone think our Lines for game 1 will look like vs tb and which tb line should be our priority and who should we try and get to match up against them? As good as stamkos plays I think we should try and target the 2nd line of palat johnson kucherov and if we can slow them down I think we got a great shot to win the series I'd love to see a glendening helm sheahan line to stop them but I don't know if we'd do that since there 3 centers but all 3 got great speed and great compete level to try and shut them down Does anyone think Babcock will put Ferraro game 1? I know he's got great speed but he's also a rookie so don't know if miller glendening Ferraro line would cut it

Been watching preview shows for the playoffs and not one person took the wings which kinda pisses me off ... Can see why they'd go against us but still bugs me I think if we get goaltending we can beat tampa bay ... I like the addition of marchenko who doesn't make to many mistakes, blocks shots and can make the quick pass so I'd say right now that's an upgrade over smith We got some real talented forwards and some young and speedy guys like nyquist Tatar sheahan jurco to against tampa's johnson palat kucherov drouin ... We just need to show up and out hustle them Wouldn't surprise me if we lost and wouldn't surprise me if we beat tampa cause I know what our team is capable of

Just read that darren dregger mentioned the wings offered smith weiss and pulkkinen for Phaneuf but the leafs wanted mantha ... First off id hope to god that would of included the leafs paying 2 mill off his salary and 2nd I'm not sure about including pulkkinen With mantha athanasiou etc... Coming I can totally see us giving up pulkkinen in a deal ... But for Phaneuf? I mean pulkkinen is no mcdavid but he did just lead the ahl in goal scoring And spent a nice chunk in the nhl so I'd like to think if he was included in a deal it would be for a bigger name than Phaneuf

Babcock said he hasn't decided if Datsyuk and Zetterberg will be split. Could depend on whether Abdelkader is available, he said. My bad hasn't been confirmed As great as they are together there also getting up in age so could be smarter to split them up and insert them in between kids and hopefully justin

Sheahan is way more valuable than weiss in every way ... I think if recall weiss had a stretch of like 10 games where he had like 12 pts take that stretch away that's like 18 pts in 40 games and a pitiful 48 shots on net in 51 games before tonight's game If weiss was doing what Babcock expected him to do he would be playing every game ... Maybe he's just not that good
