i been wanting to get moen for a while now , think hed be awesome as a redwing and i just heard on sportsnet the redwings have offered up xavier ouellet to montreal for his services ...so i expect the redwings to get him just because being from montreal i know the french people here will probably get excited at getting a french prospect As much as id like to see moen here it kinda pisses me off we offered ouellet since we dont have too many defensemen in our system and hes been having a great year as an 18 yr old They also said the redwings are interested in sheldon souray , really dont want him here hes a defensive liability

:clap: agreed with everything you said , that moen pahlsson neidermayer line was solid for the ducks the whole playoff run and i do think if drew miller continues dominating with helm and abdelkader you cant break that up so cleary would be on the 4th line with holmstrom and just imagine adding moen , i cant see any teams having a 4th line that good I really want moen here but i dont wanna give up ouellet to do it , we dont have alot of solid defensemen besides smith waiting to come up

there's no way in hell habs will ever trade emelin , he's the only one that hits , now that you mention young defensemen i know it wont happen but for some reason luke schenn's name keeps being put out there on trade rumors, i really dont understand that and i dont know what it would cost us but it would be awesome to get him , he's only 22 and would kind of put us in good shape for the future after nick retires ... although i got a feeling we'll have weber and suter in a couple of years Also another player thats on the trade block for some reason that blows my mind is james van riemsdyk , really cant understand why the flyers would trade him i know they want some defensemen cause of pronger's situation but dam he's so good and so young id throw kindl a 1st and like tatar ... if it could be done id do it in a heartbeat im sure they will just bench emmerton and mursak in the playoffs and let them watch and learn like they've done in the past with other players and let them be ready for next year

i think montreal is nuts and id deal for him in a second , montreal isnt rebuilding the gm says so i was thinking maybe cleary in a package deal but he's got a no trade clause i believe so what about ummm ... pk subban and travis moen for jakub kindl , patrick eaves and cory emmerton travis moen could replace eaves , he did really well in anaheim and babcock was his coach , i think hed be awesome here and he's gritty and hits and is perfect for the playoffs ( im sure he'd resign if we wanted him back ) subban is a big upgrade on kindl id say and as for emmerton he probably wouldnt even be in the lineup when the injuries return, wings are stacked up front for depth .... mursak,nyqvist,conner,brunnstrom so we should be fine so ....would you trade for subban???

feel bad for eaves but im sure he will be back for playoffs and will give us more depth ... too be honest i dont even knock if he'd be able to crack the lineup theres way too much depth , id even consider trading him in the off season ... nyqvist might make the lineup next year,tatar,andersson ... not too many spots

kovalchuk??? no way man ! id love moen to come here as i remember his days in anaheim and how good he was and babcock coached him ... im sure the wings will go for a veteran defensemen and im sure theres probably better but one that comes close to mind that i know that will probably be shopped is hall gill , hes good at blocking shots and killing penalities could be usefull in the playoffs and might help nick be refreshed and play a few minutes less a night

doesnt look too soft , some of hits remind me of kronwall .... but no i dont think montreal will end up trading subban at the end of the day ... the fans would go nuts normally id agree with you but this is montreal ... the whole teams messed up starting with the management

hahaha yup pierre gauthier is the reason why the habs are struggling , halak drove them to the east finals a few years ago and instead of shopping him , they traded him to the blues right away for a 3rd liner ... now cammalleri for some average player who although is cheaper is locked up till 2016, i think subban is far from the reason the habs are losing .... as for subban's spitting incident he denied it , the player said he didnt get spit on, nhl dismissed the case

not saying its professional or excusable but i think it is normal for arguments and fights to break out in practice when a team goes through a losing streak , its hockey not ballet .... the subban plekanec fight wasnt the first time a fight breaks out at practice ... id be more worried if a team went through a long losing streak and didnt argue with eachother , would show they didnt care primeau/probert fight dubinsky and boyle fight .... didnt seem to hurt the rangers , there stil together and one of the top teams ..... fights just happen between teammates sometimes<br><br><br>

wouldn't say both goals are conklins fault but hes gotta go , just seems everytime hes in nets its a guaranteed loss for the redwings , holland needs to land a decent backup

i wouldn't trade brendan smith but id be willing to give up kindl to start , so basically we trade defensemen and after that id be willing to throw in a pick and/or maybe something like emmerton and tatar/tverdon or pulkkinen , i think the wings have alot of depth up front and could afford to do such a trade , we got mursak coming back along with the above mentioned forwards ... sheahan,jurco,nyqvist,jarnkrok and andersson ... sooner or later there will be some trades , might as well try and get a young stud defensemen if we could land one since our defensive prospects aren't as good

he got into a fight with tomas plekanec at practice which i think is normal when a team is losing like montreal was , if you lose a ton of games and everyones happy then your team has problems ....he takes some chances offensively that has cost some goals which could be helped here, id say alot of players from other teams dont like him cause he's cocky... all these things could be corrected , i know montreal fans are upset at these rumors and don't want him traded Nobody could tell me he wouldnt be better over here, lidstrom and our other veterans would teach him how he should act and he'd have mike babcock who would hold him accountable... the kid has alot of talent and at the end of the day the habs would be stupid to trade him , all i know is they are actively shopping him

i read about it earlier can't wait to see it , is nhl 36 a new series???? is there any redwings shows on our players i can check out??? found some online but of other players found this but its on derek stepan of the rangers , a show like that about the redwings would be so cool to watch

im sure the rangers and carolina thought the same thing when they traded gomez and kaberle to montreal when there were 0 takers but it happened . And i wouldnt say kindl is as good as subban but he doesn't suck either . no way would i trade away brendan smith, we need some youth back there incase lidstrom and stuart leave , besides smith there's ot much depth in the d position , id replace kindl for subban and throw in extra if possible and i dont know why people are still mentioning ericsson i think hes done alright this season he's never gonna get 40+ pts .....and as for subban having problems , the kid likes to have fun the whole montreal media is uptght , besides what better team to teach subban the ropes???<br>

montreal is stupid ? they traded for gomez , kaberle's awful contract got rid of cammalleri for bourque whos locked up till 2016 that team isnt really thinking too much ... as for moen he is a ufa , eaves is locked up for another 2 years and he wouldnt be a 13th forward in montreal he's way better than nokelainen,blunden,gomez,darche etc... and they'd also get emmerton and kindl who's 6'3 to replace subban (habs are lacking in size)
