I don't know why I didn't think of that. I have to give him props then. That's pretty cool of kipper to put his family before his personal accomplishments. It can't be easy knowing you came so close to winning it all but never will.Back on topic. I like Huskins and wish him the best. Hopefully he see the ice enough to catch someone's eye and land a job next season. -

He won't report to any team? Why not? I'm not saying he would be desirable to a contender. But, a trade would be kipper's only chance at winking a cup. He must really like calgary. -

Indeed. Murph has been quite open about his battle with dollar-dog addiction.

For real. You would think Murph has had a couple of Mel Gibson moments from the way people around here talk about him. The way I see it is there is nothing that suggests anything other than the fact that murph is just awkward on camera.

I'll be bummed, but I'll get over it. Our D prospects are looking pretty good. Most of the pundits have him pegged as a second pairing guy. We have plenty of those already.

I like the look as well. It's kind of a bummer none of our goalies can wear 1. 6 is off limits for some reason, though.

The #5 thing came out of nowhere, it's complete nonsense. One poster said something along the lines of " I hope he doesn't demand #5 derp derp derp", then people started commenting on it. The whole thing is stupid.

I forgot about this guy. I remember everyone saying he would get injured. I knew his history but I thought it was all just hyperbole... -
Why? Dekeyser has yet to play a single game in the AHL. There is no guarantee that he will be a top pairing defenseman in the NHL.

I liked 'em. Throwbacks are supposed to be ugly. They were originally just store bought sweaters with numbers and crests sewn on. My favorite throwbacks so far are the Ones from when Boston was in the winter classic.
