I'll take Lidstrom over Jagr. Jagr may have been more dominant at his peak, but he was also playing with Lemieux. Lidstrom is the model for consistency in the NHL today. Jagr, on the other hand, has had some major ego issues causing problems with his game.

The design is nearly identical. I guarantee you the only difference you'll notice when they are actually on the players' bodies is the different collar (big deal) and the tighter fit (again, big deal).

Bertuzzi is being paid based on his past. Penner is being paid based on his potential for the future. Neither are worth $4 million. However, if I had to pick one to overpay for it would be Penner. He may not put up big numbers, but he's a dominant physical force. Bertuzzi can probably float and put up 60-70 points. I'll take the guy who works his ass off over that.

Will Rafalski have a career offensive year? Yes. 7. Who will be the alternate captains when Zetterberg gets the C? Datsyuk and Chelios, assuming he's still around. 8. Does Cleary turn out to be a one hit wonder, or does he repeat with another 20+ goal showing? I think he'll have a small decline. He'll put up similar numbers. 9. What one forward, that is an 08 UFA as of now, would you like to see the Wings get at the deadline? Fedorov. 10. Of the players whose contracts expire in either 08 or 09, which ONE top 6 winger and ONE top 4 Dman (both in the 3M-5M range) and which ONE bottom six player (less than 2M) would you like to see the Red Wings sign? Rolston. The rest I'll have to think about.

I actually like them a lot.

The only thing I don't like is they moved the lettering more toward the center. It used to start under the shoulder, now it's closer to under the neck. It probably looks okay when someone's wearing it though. It seems like they have limited space to work with. I wonder if the winged wheel will have to be made a little smaller.

I don't know what "rumor" you're referring to. If you bothered to read my initial post, Devellano said that the Wings have discussed signing Forsberg or Selanne. When did Forsberg ever state he would only play for one of those three teams?
