Yeah I've thought about that especially amino, I might try them once I'm doing my creatin break. Not a fan of taking too much at the same timeSpent the last 3 hours educating myself a bit better about Amino (especially BCAA) and thanks to your recommendation just ordered 300 caps 4 minutes ago *g* I'll update here once they've arrived and I've taken them for about a month

I've said it before and I'll say it again, the league needs someone who isn't the most hated man in hockey (by fans and players ! the so called "product"), someone who has actually played the game at some level and wants to protect the tradition and integrity of our great game. Companies are always looking for the most qualified people so why are NA sports so different when it comes down to hiring persons, that shouldn't even have a job in the sport to begin with ? NA sports would be much better without commissioners these guys are like suits in the gaming industry - despised by everybody but yet they are allowed to continue the destruction of the sport, gaming industry unbelievable. When markets like Hamilton, Quebec, Seattle and maybe even Portland are waitin for a team Vegas should be the absolute last priority.

I have no problem with others question my opinion that's like you've eloquently pointed out is the goal of a forum but I just don't understand why I should have to "defend" my stance on not liking a player, who like many others of the "new group" (Kadri, Eller, Yakupov...). And no, I wouldn't want any of those guys on the Wings we've had Sean Avery and those are all not the kind of guys I will cheer for. Like Brian Burke once said if you remove the bodyguards from the games, the rats are going to take over and a lot of rats are also a very entitled bunch so I guess he wasn't wrong. Also man Toronto they did beat Boston easily and then lose to the Sabers wow

Harold asked for an answer and I replied to him. Don't like my answer, don't read it it's very simple. Please leave it up to myself (I can think alone thanks), to judge whats problematic and what not...just a hint a lot of stuff post 2005 is problematic in the NHL.

Injured Former Wings coach/GM Bryan Murray has stage 4 cancer
frankgrimes replied to haroldsnepsts's topic in General
Horrible news all the best Murray -
Cocky attitude (this isn't the NBA, NFL or soccer!), diver - which seems to plague a lot of habs - for whatever reason. I don't like Lucic and his attitude either but the guy is one of the last true power forwards in the game and when he is on and seeing red extremely fun to watch. Like Degraa mentioned he would look extremely good on Pashas wing. That being said he needs to get his emotions in check that's for sure.
-
Would have loved seeing Loooooch unload on him.. Cocky rats sometimes need a head cleaning. But man Rask needs to be better against the habs

Yeah the NHL can take that BS and put it where the sun doesn't shine. I wish people would just stop going to games, subscribe to nhl services and stop buying from their online store. Hurt these money-chasing bastards where it really matters, maybe then future generations can have a better product..with a more traditional, integrity focus. Personally I'd like to see less teams, a few relocations and an overall better product

Compete for what? Playoffs, yeah but Lord Stanley no chance. Non of the available players would put the Wings in cup contention. I think the big fish will be O Reilly but he would cost a lot

Better than taking a gamble on places like Vegas

All the best for you

No prospect had me that excited can't wait for McKee on the big club, the time of the soft pushed around Wings will be over.

Stars trade Sergei Gonchar for Travis Moen from MTL
frankgrimes replied to derblaueClaus's topic in General
Nil is for sure trying something bigger here (Myers...). This to me is a meh move, the Habs added some veteran experience while Dallas gets a bit of cap space to do something big soon. -
This is leagues front office is so out of reality it's really a shame. Can't wait till the better owners are having enough and clean it out. A hockey team in freaking Las Vegas while a proven market like Quebec City is ready for a team? It takes a special kind of bias and imcompetence to choose a gamblers heaven over a proven commodity.

GDT 11/9 GDT - Tampa Bay 4 at Detroit 3 (SO) - 6:00 PM EST
frankgrimes replied to MabusIncarnate's topic in General
A point against Tampa is very good, just finished watching the game ..Stamkos is a beauty only guy in the league who can really challenge Crosby. -
I believe he gained weight and muscle but according to some reports maybe a bit too much, cause Schenn became less speedy. I know not everyone is the same but if Jarnkrok continues to add muscle and earn experience he should become better
-
Not a fan of Crosby but what a show against the Sabers...5 point night ridiculous. I've watched the Preds - Blues what a great game that was, Pekka Rinne - so happy he's healthy - is an unbeatable wall when he is on his game. I always liked Jeff Carter and Mike Richards both got unfairly critized in Philadelphia, get them away from all that attention and they shine. Also happy for Kopitar breaking his scoring slump, maybe the best european player in the game right now.

People have to keep in mind those guys have access to the best supplement stuff there is, so gaining weight is only a matter of time if they are serious about their fitness and shape. Best example is Luke Schenn the guy added around 28 lbs ! in one off-season- that's how good some of this pro supplements are. I think once Calle is around 190 lbs, more used to the bigger ice he should be at least become an average center.

I covet everyone being able to attend this game tonight. Stevie Y back in town and with him Mr. Buzz Lightyear himself (Stamkos), the swedish Hulk (Hedman) and the young and upcoming top center Drouin..add to that guys like Palat, Johnston and wow has Stevie ever built a powerhouse there. A point would be huge -
I would prefer him in a shut down position again.
-
Yeah no problem forums are living by different opinions. But I fully agree with you I think in this case all are on the same page. The problem really is that this league is run by people who don't have a background in the sport nor care about the tradition, integrity. Let's hope that this will finally back fire and the front office stuff gets fired.
-
Same I also think Lou Lamoriello won't like it at all get the big players on board and tell the league to stfu.

Leafs' Ashton suspended 20 games for violating PED policy
frankgrimes replied to Smite's topic in General
This is the same bulls*** as with the Backstrom situation. If Ashton has asthma not allowing him to take such meds could lead to him suffering more from asthma. This league is a joke as evidenced by another thread -

frankgrimes replied to Smite's topic in General
As someone who has had asthma at a younger age, I can tell you first hand it's not fun and if the right meds are helping someone to get rid off of it you take it. This league just needs to get their priorities straight the guy has 3 goals ! in 50 games... -
We can only hope the original 6 teams would be the giving the league an ear full for messing with their awesome jerseys.
