I know that im not the only person that thinks Kuznetsov is a very intresting player, so why don't start a thread? Kuznetsov has FINNALY arrived to the NHL and the Capitals after almost 4 looong years. He has done great in the WJC, and his KHL stats are similar to what Ovis and Bures stats where at the same age. So? Did anyone watch the Pens/Caps game last night? How did he play? Will he be a established NHL player or will he return to the KHL in a few years? His had 2 shots on goal and was +/- 0 after seeing about 10 minutes of ice time. He also got to see some time on the powerplay. And also, can you compare him to some active or former NHL player?

Thinks he's better as a right wing. He has played about 50% of his carrer as a RW and 25% as a Center and LW. I doubt he will take Bäckströms spot.

I would love Kesler here! He has spent the whole year on the right wing, he's fast, he's gritty, he can shoot, he goes hard to the net he's from Michigan! He would be an exelent fit for our poweplay insted of Cleary the joker.

Yep i belive they will be. Karlsson and Edler in the first pair(If Edler isn't suspended), and Kronner and Ericcson in the second pair. The only thing that could change that, is if they want to have Nick playing with his brother Staffan. You can compere Staffan with Ericcson, big stayathome type of guy.

I think this is the start of something really big. Shure, Bumistrov, Kostitsyn, they mabye want to be stars on their teams and so on, but Ilya to KHL? This is huuuuge for the KHL. 20 Years from now, the top KHL teams and top NHL teams mabye will be on the same level.

This is all speculations and rumors,but I've seen it all over the internet latley, but do you think that will happend? Everyone knows how bad Richards has played, and everyone knows how good he can be, in the right team and system. If Richards is bought out, should the Wings sign him? I think he will fit as the Second line Center for the Wings, eventhough he's soft and all that kind of stuff. We can buy out Fillpula and then sign Richards to mabye a 1-2 year contract worth 3-4 mil per season? The new CBA allows all teams to buy out two players, that will not affect our capspace.
