Tonight sucked. I'd rather lose with Nyquist & Tatar in the lineup trying to make lines work than a night like tonight where we knew before the game we were screwed due to Sammy taking Tootoo's spot. Does Babcock get some sort of perk or monetarial bonus if Grand Rapids wins the Calder Cup? I don't understand why we continue with these plugs when we have guys ready to start careers.

I'd settle for an inflamed ear hair. That'd put him out for the season. ^ This. I remember watching one of the few games we had televised vs. St. Louis where Chris Pronger got hit with a slap shot and went down, they were worried about his heart. I'm far from a Pronger fan, but it took the momentum out of the game for me. One can imagine what it does for the players.

It crossed my mind before the game as well, I wouldn't put it past Roy to send his goons out. The guy will NEVER have any respect for Detroit. That being said, does anyone know if he's trashed the locker room or beat up a player?

You say "as a kid" as if he's reached some form of pre-adulthood. I don't think his balls have dropped yet but then again I'm not entirely convinced he's male. It's just one of those "unwritten rules" you just don't do, like letting a flag touch the ground.

Okay so I'm logging on the Detroit Red Wings website and I notice the intro screen is a collage of players from Original Six teams...with Sidney Crosby as the 7th. Do they SERIOUSLY have to include him in EVERYTHING?
