i def see your point frank as a fan its not fun to know your team that you have followed since you were 3 years old is not the same and as fans i think we have been spoiled by the fact great players always wanted to end up here now its few and far between and even more now since we havent had a decent high end signing since Hossa but seeing the same team coming back in oct with the exception of Dats Q and Richards isnt exactly apeasing either i do want change not at the price of AA or Larkin but if anyone of the FA can get a spark going or even if they open up the ice more for guys like Goose or Tats i wouldnt mind seeing someone and on tp of that i just dont want to see Larkin pressured with that 1C yet or for that matter Z who cannot do it anymore

Staal seems like he would be the lesser of two evils on price and term bit of a low risk signing and if he does bounce back he could be a steal for a year or 2 until Larkin is ready okposo or ericksson would be the winger id be ok with but has anyone heard anything on Ladd or Boedker?
