no I see Lashoff taking a walk before Ouellet though Jurco is way above cleary in everything and I see nes stayin till dats gets back

I doubt they brought cleary back for the contract just to sit I sadly see him taken a spot over jurco and I hate that thought

totally this I have said this lineup myself it could be 4 soild lines and I myself would like to keep cleary out of the lineup but somethingtells me he will have jurcos spot on that 3rd line

I cant see them signing alfie if he cant go and to be honest id be ok with it im more interested to see how helm could do on wing I think it would be better like this Z Dats Helm Goose Weiss Mule Tats Shehan Jurco Miller Glendening Abby/Cleary Andersson Kronwall Smith DD Kindl Q Big E Sproul I think kindl could p.ay great with DD again and I think Big E might keep Q on his toes Kronwall and Smith play great together so I wouldn't mind seeing that lineup is it perfect? no but that 1st line could be a beast if Helm stays health him and Dats could kill on O and helms numbers would come up I think that 4th line is good on nights where cleary wont play and I think that 3rd line was to good to ignore the only line that is questionable is the 2nd not sure how Weiss and mule will be and if they would drag down goose

very true I think that if he shows any signs of repeating last years proformance than he should no doubt be tossed to the woodshed but if he shows a slight upgrade more power to us I think his got massive potential if he uses that big body his got and not act like a puss puss like last season I really like where are future is going D wise and no matter what I think its a win win if we have to cut strings with him in

it makes me laugh how such a big body like Kindl acts like his 5'9 on the ice but again I concure with krsmith I think what you see is what you get with him I too would rather look at kindl and lashoff as are number 7 Kronwall Smith DD Ericsson Marchenko Q Kindl maybe even Sproul if he is better off in the preseason but again you cant predicted how they would be

well I don't know about everyone else but im just exicted to get back to hockey and watch the guys play whoever starts the season im still a die hard never give up red wings fan if alfie isn't here and ericksson is out id be ok with seeing how the kids do im sure marchenko or Sproul are drooling at the chance to prove something

I think it will be a tough year to determine but I think we will finish 5th in the east what do you guys think the starting lineups will be? Z Dats Alfie Franzen Weiss Goose Tatar Shehan Jurco/Abby Miller Helm Cleary Kronwall Big E Smith DD Q Kindl Marchenko Howie Gus that's my guess not a dominating lineup especially seeing cleary in there but not to bad considering we didn't have Weiss half the season ill be interested to see how he franzen and goose fair

I think its fair to say it could go either way with what has transpired the last few years truth is a lot of ppl said we would finish 2nd in the atlantic and that was after we acquired Weiss and Alfie but only because they thought we had a good core and superb goaltending Howie was bad last year but can you really blame him or the D? same with Weiss Injury and Z and D along with everyone else that got hurt if we had a complete team most of the year no major flaws I think we could flirt with the top of the Division every year is rouellete you don't know what your going to get you could get an off year by Towes and Kane a Hot streak by Glendening and a Howard that is a Hasek it all depends on how the team adapts no matter what I will support them weather they go 82-0 or 0-82 but in the end it all comes down to how everyone performs I think we see a red wings team that has something to prove and we do come out hot

if we don't make a trade and we do resign alfie I can see the team looking exactly the same if alfie retires than it could come down to Jurco,Pulkiken or Mantha depending on what he does In camp and preseason but I doubt he comes up this year baring injuries to everyone I see a couple ahead of him

I hear you there is not a player on this planet I would trade those two for not 1 in the long run I want to say that z and d where wings for life never once giving up on the potential for our young core to spring to life and show a lot of the naysayers that we can possibly do wonders with them

I personally agree with darkmanx I mean its going to take way more for a guy like myers and is it worth it in the end? a lot of ppl are down on Dustin Byfuglien but honestly I think he would cost just alittle less than Myers would and I think he would be a decent fit I know a lot of ppl are down on him because his a big guy but he could do wonders with kronwall if he gets on a good fitness Idk I wouldn't want to lose are core young guys to take a major risk but I know we have to improve on d somehow this summer or we are in big s***

im still up for getting 1 of heatly or verbata I think some scoring improvement would be decent

right and with guys like morris and del zotto still out there maybe his looking to move kindl and lashoff to solidify some better depth id be ok with this Kronwall Big E Smith DD Q Del Zotto Sproul than you have at least a good backup in Sproul and possibly can move him up to Qs spot if he is the worst one to go with every night

I would take heatley for theright price but rather have verbata

I guess im one of the few out there that cares about the streak and knows that's all we have to look forward to right now idont want us to tank just because everyone thinks we don't have a chinamens chance in hell of doin anything and lets not forget its only july 2nd plenty of time to make other moves guys lets not get to far over the cliff
