You can phrase anything to make a point in your favor. The fact is they both consciously did something stupid that put someone in danger. One resulted in death the other an injury.

I jumped on the fire Ken Holland train. But I'm also one who is ok with trading assets for proven players like yandle. Holland didn't steer clear of over paying for trades or ufa's. He said he wouldn't over pay and then made every attempt to over pay but to no avail because no one wanted to come here. He didn't make a big trade, but he did trade a highly rated center prospect for a rental(which I was ok with). Holland says one thing and does another and if he doesn't get what he wants oh well cause he said he didn't want to do it in the first place right?

You're making assumptions here. Not too many people would be happy about that. I wouldn't want to see someone on the wings win a fight by cheating. If he loses fairly then it's all well and good. If he wins fairly then I'm happy. If cheating is involved to create a clear advantage on either side the fight should be stopped immediately.
