He should get 20 goals, 40 points, so I dont hate it. Most 40 point guys get 4+. He is young so he could still hit his potential and get 50-60 points, obviously that's not likely, but it would be nice if he took that next step. -
They could do it either way I suppose. But the only way they get what they want for him is if they are guaranteeing him for 9 years, which means the two interested parties and karlsson would have to agree on ths contract.

The whole point is he'll be signed and traded. So you'll have him for 9 years

He's negotiating with other teams now, or at least been given permission to. So if he wanted a contract it could be he agrees to one before the trade. No one knows what will happen for sure, we have to wait and see I guess.

You know if they're talking to him, theyre entertaining the idea for sure. I believe at least 1 or 2 teams are willing to part ways with thepieces it will take if they have him locked up for 9 years.

Sorry I disagree, Matthews for karlsson is fair. A norris defenseman, offensive powerhouse, is worth more than a same caliber center. Its the truth, whether you want to decrease the value of a dman is up to you, but Edmonton trading hall for Larsson just proves my point.

Easy you pick the guy with no arms that can't skate to play the left side. Bring your goalie up to play the right side, get your center in the CENTER of the net. Your wingers obviously will be wearing wings fashioned out of rat skin. And make sure to send out an alternate for the too many men penalty so that your team doesn't have an unfair advantage for more than 8 seconds. But make sure the 6th guy is the skate sharpener. -
Its good. Its always good to have healthy competition. Even if we don't make the playoffs or win anything of note, that doesnt change the fact that holding players accountable is a good thing.

The worst part is you'll know the top 3 long before they're annpunced. So if I don't see detroit I know they get a top 3 pick. Otherwise I break my tv cause we end up in like 8th spot
