I'm in the minority when I say this, but I find him to be overrated, and all that jazz. Sure he is good, but definitely not worth that cap hit, I'd honestly take rask over him any day.

I just don't get the argument that he rightfully should have been benched cause of that penalty, how many terrible penalties has Quincey or Smith taken this year, yet they never lost ice time. Babs didn't like Weiss from the hop, and prefers a washed up slug like Cleary to him.

all you've done here is proved me right... you said the last few years. he hasn't been "injury prone" since 06-07 if anything it has gotten better with age. 03-04 and 06-07 inflate those averages.since 06-07 he has averaged 4 missed games/year. -

his skating needs to improve, he needs to be tougher on the puck, gets knocked down pretty easy, and he definitely needs to add some weight. Definitely has potential to be a power forward type player, but clearly has some stuff that needs work
