Can we agree the players should know the risks, and the owners should have been doing more to prevent the risks. It's a high speed physical game, and people are bound to get injured, but the real question is did the owners do everything in their respective powers to prevent these injuries?

I doubt it, I think we would actually be playing better if we were still in the west. We know the west, we know teams weaknesses and strengths and what they bring every night, the east is still new to us. Not saying we'd be riding the top of the conference but definitely less ot losses, and more points.

Maybe in 4/5 years, as of now that lineup has 8 rookies, and 4 guys with 1-1.5 years nhl experience. I know we're all high on our prospects and all, but that team would be very lucky to make the playoffs, and they sure as hell won't be winning a cup.
