What are you talking about? How is "off way too often"? He has been solid in all but 2-3 games excluding the first game
-
fixed

how did you get that from what he wrote? Perry was upright and Zucker had his knees bent and was half turned, so instead of it being a 4 inch difference it becomes more like 6-8 inches, thereby making a head hit much more likely. He didn't defend the hit, and he never said it's "not perrys fault". He stated the facts of the hit, and that's all they are is the facts, yes he possibly could have let up and maybe avoided hitting him, but that was not what he was debating... you just wanted a reason to argue.

this gave me chills you should throw in: what if the wings had traded Yzerman in 1995... -

Are you sure that isn't Maltby, or maybe Kopecky? -
It's not that he has become undervalued BECAUSE he decided not to be a wing, it's that he is not playing nearly like a 7.8 million dollar defenceman. Have you actually watched the games with Minnesota? I have watched quite a few, and he just doesn't strike me as "elite" now that he doesn't have Weber anymore. I would not trade Kronner for a 5 million dollar/year defenceman at a 7.8 million cap hit. Kronwall does what he is paid to do, and is worth his contract, Minnesota can have Suter. Do you think LGW fans would just "undervalue" him because he didn't want to be a wing? No they choose to overvalue and talk about how bad a decision it was for years, look at Hossa if you don't believe me, 4 years later and everyone is still pissed about that. Suter obviously has to be playing poorly enough that wings fans are now happy we didn't get him. Hell even Minnesota fans aren't liking him.

He only seems that way cause he is using the boards and the players to hold himself up from falling
-
NO!! he also shoots

While I would love to see bert healthy again, you have to admit it is a completely different situation, Zetterberg has missed 22 games since 2007, he played through any injuries he had, and he also is a lot younger. Big Bert is 38 now, and his back is seemingly only getting worse, it is unfortunate but I doubt he will back this season

Ya I am still upset about firefly I didn't mind episode 2 & 3 but they by far were nowhere near where they should have been -

out of any argument you could have made, you choose to say he shouldn't be in the top 6 because he is 36? Daniel Alfredsson since turning 36 has 90 goals and 248 points in 303 games Jerome Iginla will be 36 in July, currently has 7 goals and 19 points in 24 games Jagr had 25 goals and 71 points when he was 36 I am not saying sammy will do any of that, my point is just cause someone is 36 doesn't mean they should be put on the 4th line... If you said he is too slow, his shot isn't accurate, he doesn't skate well, those would be valid debates. Stating his age and saying he can't play in the top 6 because of it is ignorant
-
seriously right? I don't understand where people get their stats from, sammy was injured, and then had the unfortunate luck of breaking his finger upon his return, now when he is healthy we will see what he can do, I liked what I saw from him when he did come back lol

well with cleary saying buh bye (hopefully after his contract is up this year) that is 2.8 million, plus whites contract is up, unfortunately we still have sammy, bert, quincey, and colo locked up all for at least another year. -
yes Aww, I'm gonna miss that line of cleary-datsyuk-abby...

we now have a cap hit of about 63 million, next year the cap is 64 million. that 2.5 can go along way, I like Colo when he is healthy, but there stands the problem. White, Quincey, and colo represent 9 million in cap space, that could cover one hell of a dman and we would be fine without all of them -
Right without giving up half of our talent, we won't be able to get all 4 of those guys, then mix in that they will all demand big raises in the year or two upcoming when they are ufa, and we probably won't be able to keep at least two of them, so we will lose our talent, and then end up losing half of what we got in return for our talent that we lost
