I believe the ref was sure, which is why he didn't confer with the other refs on the call. That doesn't mean he was right though

It is not "goon" hockey, but it's not like you guys weren't getting away with a lot of penalties in that game. You didn't deserve THAT penalty, I agree. It does even out though, and we got a little justice for it

I don't know how much worse they could do than Jar Jar Binks. I think Disney will do a good job, look at pirates, and the avengers, they were great movies. I think they will give star wars their own little twist but ultimately it will be much better than the prequels, I am pretty excited. I was upset and nervous at first, but it is happening like it or not so I may as well be excited this. screw fox -

Cleary's two best seasons were 46, and 42 points. 33 points was a decent season for him, even with the knee. Selanne has hit 100+ points 3 times, is over a ppg for his career, and he got 40 goals and 90 points after his 32 point season. Like I said they are not comparable.

That was after one "bad" year, where he still managed 16 goals. Cleary had a bad year and hasn't gotten a point in 8 games so far. Basically what you are saying is he needs a change of scenery? couldn't agree more Not to mention Cleary got 26 goals once, and 20 goals twice. He has never been even a 50 point producer, Selanne's bad year would be a pretty decent year for Cleary, you shouldn't compare them.

GIve him time, it isn't his fault when they have only had like 2 practices since the season started Than maybe you shouldn't have brought it up in the first place? I agreed with your post aside from when you said Tootoo brings nothing to this team. He is the reason the team has any energy at all

I've already mentioned it and you ignored it. Your Blues got away with at least 3 interference calls, a couple tripping calls and probably more that I did not see. This bad call evened it out a bit

2 "staged" fights, one fight midway through the first. He is a pest, he is doing what he is supposed to do, gets under peoples skin and makes his presence known everytime he is on the ice. He has the second most hits on our team (right after abby) and only plays 8 minutes a night, most fights,most pim. I would say he is doing a good job of doing what he was brought in to do

Name one other player on the team that brings what Tootoo does every night please. The grit, speed and abrasiveness. Plus he is the only player we have who can actually fight

you realize that aside from it being a bad call the blues got away with so many penalties in the game right? It evened itself out in the end -
But if he got rocked in a game at nhl level don't you think that would moreso motivate him to fix the aspects of his game that weren't nhl ready and give him a better idea of what they were?

We will find out Thursday, which team is the better team. Both teams will have a day off, unfortunately it will be in St. Louis, advantage them, and also they don't have to travel as there Tuesday game is at home. But I feel like Thursday will really be the true marker of where we stand against the blues
