While I absolutely agree z's beard is the reason for the extra ice time, this doesn't explain all of kronwalls I've time... I may have to investigate further, I feel there is something I'm missing here, we have to dig deeper

Datsyuk does, but he doesn't play with the same heart the Z and helm do, that is why he is Captain. Datsyuk in my mind is the better player, but Z gives it everything he has, injury or not, and he is loyal to us, no one even knows if datsyuk wants to resign in the nhl next year or not

Zetterberg, and Helm arethe two hardest workers on the team IMO, they give it their all every night, they leave their hearts on the ice, for someone to question that is ridiculous

I get that, I have been guilty of it aswell, in fact sometimes I wonder if I hate Quincey for the sake of hating him. But in regards to their play, when they start playing better I will admit I was wrong, or that something has changed. If Quincey were to start playing as well as he did on the avs, I won't be so hard on him, in fact I'll welcome him, so far he has not shown that though. Ericsson didn't show it for some time, with little glimpses here or there, now he is finally coming into his own and people need to accept that and move on to Quincey

Who questioned Z's work ethic? He played half the season with a back injury, anyone who questions his work ethic is misinformed and not very wise.

That is an average of 1 minute 18 seconds more per year, which is not unreasonable. you have to look at who was on what line, injuries, pk time, pp time. its only an extra shift and a half on average

I have grown tired of trying to convince people of this, I have been saying this for some time now. I use to be a hater of big rig, but it was because of his play, when he started playing better and giving me no reason to buy new remotes I started liking him, he has been solid for us, I don't think he has caused a goal against us yet, which is more than I can say for most of our dmen. People just hate him now because he was bad before, they can't seem to look past his previous flaws, so when they watch the game they nitpick everything he does. "Look at Ericsson drinking his water on the bench with his left hand... what an embarassment" "Where is Ericsson? I don't see him (he skating back with the play) oh well he still drinks water like a tool"

While I partially agree with this, I don't think it so much "staged" as it was a few stars wanted a little revenge for past behavior from toots and he knew that thats why they asked their respective coaches if they could get it over with at the start instead of interrupting the game a ruining a potential scoring opportunity. That's just my take on it, not a fact so don't get riled up about it

No it isn't, considering like you said Huskins is a shut down guy, something we need on this team, something we have been after. We can't have just puck moving shooting defensemen we need stay at home guys too
