Seriously? While I agree this is a pointless thread, would you like wings fans to cry in a corner and complain all day about how much our team sucks now? We aren't that much different than last year, and our team is getting better now that they have some games played. You're saying however that we can't have any fun or pick out good things we've seen so far, or talk about things we like... why don't you go back to your negative threads and leave everyone else alone.

If you watch it from the Dallas feed they make it seem like Tootoo got creamed in the second fight, it's funny cause I don't think there was a clear cut winner or loser in that fight, my favourite is that in the interview after hesaid he was good to go for a third fight lol, love having tootoo on the team! EDIT: I also love mick singing on the replay of the first fight, his homerisms are priceless

I just watched a few interviews with him and while he already has wayyyy better english than pasha and homer combined, I can't help but wonder what happened to his bottom right teeth, it seems as though he is missing 2 or 3, wonder if he got em knocked out in a fight or by a puck. Brunner and Z play great together, and it even seems to keep Franzen going, he has been playing fairly well thus far. Not just on the scoresheet but he seems to play harder when he has to compete with a sniper on his line. Datsyuk and flip will be fine, he is a magician and that line will get lots of goals, you can expect between 75-100 goals this season between those lines

Lashoff looks very promising, while Smith is promosing but seems to have some jitters. Our problem is there is NO ONE to replace Lidstrom, and not very many quality d-men out there so we did what we could given what we had

Ya this is a dumb thread in general, I just pointed out that 4 of the 6 games we've played this year Dats got more toi, but it was by like 1 shift, they basically get the same ice time, they are the top two lines, and they both basically get 20min/game

Got home from work just after 10 and put the game on right away, wow was I impressed with the way we played tonight. Brunner looked a little more comfortable out there, nice to see him crashing the night and playing homers role when no one else is, good tip in. Flip finally scores one after hitting multiple posts and getting robbed oh so many times and then makes it two, both from beautiful pasha feeds. not worried about kronner, he will settle down, he is just trying to expand his game more, give him a few more games and he will look much better. Ericsson didn't look all that bad considering he is still getting settled after the injury. All in all our offense was great, good pressure, but our defense looked scrambled at times (diving around for the puck a lot) but I think they will be ok they looked much more confident and solid today. Bring on the Blues!
