11/15 Let's Get This Bread GDT - Red Wings @ Senators - 7:30 PM ET

This has gotta be a troll. The kid is 18, his body isn't even done developing yet. I don't think that since he's not ripping apart the AHL in his first 16 games as a pro suddenly everybody was dead wrong about him. I've watched almost every Griffins game, he just looks young. Also I don't think it can be considered a hot streak if it lasts the entire season, he was the best rookie in his league in every category. It feels to me like the McDavids and Matthews of the world have skewed our expectations of prospect development. -
You have my vote. Time to run these people outta town.

I can accept this loss. We had our chances, I liked the pace they played with. Unfortunately you generally won't get away with a high speed unforced turnover right at your own blue line very often, that one mistake cost us the game. Regardless, this one could've been a win if we just buried the chances we gave ourselves. #RefuseHughes Not sure if joking or not, but to be fair Ottawa just beat the Lightning like a week ago and I'd say the Lightning are going to compete for the President's trophy. Everyone beats everyone in this league. I have a feeling you're joking though. -
I like this one.

John Keating scared of germs confirmed. Basically had a panic attack at the thought of high-fiving Chris Osgood. -

11/9 Eastern Conference Finals Preview GDT - Rangers @ Red Wings - 7:30 PM ET

I'm always skeptical of smaller players by default, but he's currently putting up 2 PPG numbers this year. His numbers are better than Patrick Kane's were during his time with the USDP and he's on pace for better numbers than Auston Matthews as well. Jack Hughes (C) 53 36 67 103 1.943 16 2017-2019 Auston Matthews (C) 80 67 67 134 1.675 38 2013-2015 All signs point to him being an impact player in today's NHL, he just has the skill set that we see all these young players coming in be successful with, but at a higher level. I'm not sure what he can do to make folks not doubt him, but IMO he's doing it all right now. -

If only somehow Mantha had gotten himself in on that secondary assist, I would’ve said perfect ending. I can get used to this winning though, lgw! -

I was really hoping he would fall down to us. Then again, I was also hoping Vilardi would too. -
Not sure if this was posted yet or not. I'm pretty excited though. Also Zadina had a couple goals today in an 8 - something win over somebody. Hopefully he's getting comfortable at this level.

Came to say this. He constantly surprises me with his vision and quick thinking. I don't know what his upside is, but if he manages to be a middle six guy who maintains an offensive pace like this I'll be pleased. I see him filling the role I wanted Abdelkader to fill.

I was pretty skeptical about the pick up, but I like this De La Rose cat as a 3rd/4th line C. Just does lots of things right. -

Jimmy Devellano Dishes on the Rebuild, Teases Secret Plan
Wheelchairsuperhero replied to Dabura's topic in General
Devellano said. "We recognize that. I can tell you as long as Ken Holland and Jimmy D are involved, we will be aggressive." Is this really him speaking in third person and calling himself Jimmy D? If so, that's my biggest takeaway.
