He's still putting up points, just not an absurd amount and they're all assists. I think we're really just finally seeing him healthy for a stretch and it's showing that he's human and can't be clutch every single night. I have trouble believing he's injured just because I feel like with how well the team is rolling they would've risked giving him a day off by now if he needed it. Obviously I could be wrong, he does look off, but it's happened before. -
What's last year have to do with this year? We were decimated by injuries last year and they finished ONLY one point ahead of us. Not to mention you said it the day we beat them pretty soundly lol. It was a negative comment, accept it. It's still early in the season but there is nothing to indicate the Flyers are even equal to the Wings, let alone better.

What? His post wasn't negative at all. It was pretty realistic. You saying Philadelphia will most likely seed higher than us was negative.

Cracking me up.In all honesty though I can live with him not knowing Mandela's story. I've come to terms with the fact that people don't know a lot of things I'd expect them too. It's just annoying to me that he proceeded to make up something stupid and play it off. -

Tank it folks. We made no moves to improve the team in the off season, we're terrible and the injury thing last year totally wasn't a fluke. Philadelphia is probably going to finish seeded higher than us and the whole eastern conference is big and scary. Ps. Good win -

Really speaks to the character of this team to come back and win in that fashion. The difference in this years version of the Wings and the past few years in just finding a way to get it done is just so nice to see. Turned out to be a great game for Jimmy, and good on the team for just keeping at it. Awesome win. -

I'm surprised that they gave us a penalty for that. I've been seeing a few things they could've called on the Rangers that they let go (which at the time I was happy about, but with all the calls we're getting against us am not anymore.) -

End of discussion because you say so? That isn't how this works. I wasn't referring to just the goals, his positioning looked like Gus' in the first, all over the place. Obviously a breakaway goal I'm not going to blame on him, and I said he looked much better in the 2nd. Did somebody s*** in your cereal today?And to clarify I like Howard and am glad he's on the team, not everything said on here is a blind, personal attack against him. -

Seriously, your sarcasm is noted, we get it you're very clever. He did look lost in the 1st, even when he was making saves. He looked much better that period.Also, really nice to see Weiss keep getting those points. If he stays healthy he's definitely a big help to this team. -

That short bit about Weiss saying someone left a note on his car is extremely cool to me. I felt pretty bad for the guy, not being able to play the game he loves for so long and probably getting a lot of flak to boot. Anyway cool for Detroit. It's nice to know that we're not the only ones who think we're a sweet sports city!

Awesome game. I was about to talk s*** about Helm and how I didn't want him on Datsyuk's wing because he can't receive a pass for s***, and then he goes and scores two, one of which was pretty nice. Glad I didn't say anything now. Really liked how that 3rd line played though, how about that Weiss guy? -
