The playoffs are pretty much full. There shouldn't be empty seats, especially on a Friday night. I mean Edmonton isn't the greatest draw but still. And people at the Joe are always getting in their seats late. And also people are spoiled here. Having a winning team for SO many years can do that. And when you're missing all of your stars hurts as well. -

Great news. I just saw that. Rangers have the Jets tomorrow in Winnipeg too. And the Jets are also fighting for their playoff lives. If TO loses tonight it would be great. It's a slim chance but the Wings can still sneak in. I really think if the Wings get in this year it will be no more than 1 or 2 points. It could even come down to the last game of the year. And that sucks because we play St Louis on the ROAD.

Oh so that's what it's like to have a goalie that can steal games for you? Total domination for the Wings but it's still 1-1. Can't even get excited bout the Wings with all these injuries and the way this season has gone.

Please can someone get together the Wings record on afternoon NBC games? I would assume their record is well below .500. I would love to have this stat.

I turned the game off after that second goal. Wings are absolutely HORRIBLE on nationally televised games. You guys are blaming Howard but if you don't score, you don't win. I think that Devils game gave everyone false hope. Without Dats & Z we can't win consistently. Fun fact : St Louis is 5-0 against the Wings this season.

Gosh if we had ONE more solid dman this team is cup worthy. Our depth at offense is flat out scary. We can beat anyone in the east 100% healthy.

Legwand went for Eaves, a prospect and a 3rd rounder. Is it just me or that's kind of overpaying? Now I'm starting to believe Helm and Dats are going to be out for a while. -

Mantha shouldn't be moved. He can end up being a consistent 30-40 goal scorer. But I'm pretty sure we all knew Mantha was untouchable.

I'm almost ready to give up on this guy. It's clear that he won't have a full NHL career. I think it's almost time to move on from the Darren Helm experiment.
