Agreed.He was doing it in the regular season too, he does some really questionable things. He is a veteran, and you gotta give him another game to see how he's gonna respond, who knows, he could surprise me. But I have not been as impressed with him as I feel like I should be given his offensive numbers.

He does it because he thinks it will help his team get a make up call, or get a pp to help his team.Hes made some questionable plays against the wings and every other team, but that's not why hes doing it vs Ottawa. And it was a fair question. If you read through the thread he was absolutely getting hate. Some of it was warranted, like talking about how he was jumping up and down on the ice when the call was made on the slash, or when he was throwing a fit in the hallway, but he was absolutely getting hated on. And he gets a lot of hate pretty much everywhere, not just here. He's young, an amazing player, and he has an attitude.. It was a legitimate question.

I thought marchenko was better than zidlicky. He always seems to take really bad penalties at the end of the game, granted, Mrazek going behind the net left him with very few options on the cross check, but his pinches were bad, and his assignments were oft left open. if he's not putting up points, hes our most worthless d man. I'd almost think about using kindl over him for the next game. Almost.

I get the feeling he would have never become a 70 point player here, and he definitely wouldn't have gotten the leadership role he's in with calgary, but its still cool to see how our cast offs go and can be impact players elsewhere.

Maybe its because we picked Brendan smith instead of him.His attitude does bother me at times, but I think he's awesome...
