I kind of miss franzen.

He's a red wings captain, we haven't had a captain who wasn't one of the best in the game since yzermans knees turned him into a 3rd liner.Even when Lidström was playing "poorly" he was still one of, if not, THE best defenseman in the game. And I don't like bad mouthing the captain, because he has earned that much respect, but he still is in charge of getting this team together, and he's not doing that right now.

I think they shouldve rested zetterberg when they were playing well, and we consistently had pavel in the lineup.Zetterberg has basically been invisible, and I want to be able to blame it on him being tired, or some small nagging injury(hopefully unrelated to his back)

In fourth grade, I got an in house suspension for doing the degeneration x suck it thing to the other team of kids we played in floor hockey.The office report was so funny the principal shared it with my mother, "after scoring his tenth goal he returned to the center of the gym turned to the other team and screamed suck it while gesturing to his genitals." Or something like that.

I'd be fine with sitting Nyquist if he starts playing like trash again. Gotta get the message across. And he's a fourth line center/wing who can kill penalties, is a big body, and can win board battles. Weiss shouldn't be on the fourth line, but he can't seem to win a single board battle, or loose puck.
