He only played over Weiss for those two or three games after Weiss had that horrendous game in Boston.So yes, for that time I was fine with Weiss sitting. And he hasn't been playing over Jurco very often, plus with the injury to sheahan we needed a center, he's been fine. He's not going to set the world on fire, and no one should have high hopes of him becoming a good third line center, but for the time being, he's fine there. Would I rather him be sitting. Yes. But to constantly rag on him makes it seem likes he's more to blame for the bad stretch than he really is.

I had an awesome fish tank awhile back.I had an Oscar that I bought for five bucks that grew very large in the few years i had him, and I had a piranha and some convicts that had babies. The guy at Jans tropical fish assured me the piranha and the Oscar would get along, but i basically spent over a hundred dollars on a large feeder fish for my oscar"grouch-o Marx." It was disappointing, and amazingly cool at the same time. The person below me enjoys cafeteria food.

Andy really hasn't been that bad.He's the resident whipping boy (aside from Howard, and big rig) since cleary never plays... But he's been surprisingly steady lately. Don't get me wrong, its fun to rip on him, because he's possibly our slowest skater, and doesn't really have any skill... But he's been good lately. The least of our problems at least.

I just always thought of him as the holmstrom type guy, net front, grind in the corner. I bought into Pavs whole"Pull the piano" thing. He was just wildly ineffective for a while, But it definitely seems like babs knew what he was doing, grooming him into the player he is now. In just hope he keeps it up. It seems like they're doing the same thing with helm now, like they're going to pass the leadership torch to them.
