Yepppp.In juniors he was on a stacked team putting up nearly a ppg from the third.or fourth line, he wanted a bigger role, so they traded him and the nest season he was right up there with the leagues scoring leaders. The only knock I've ever read on him was that his hockeyIQ wasn't the greatest, but it was a random poster on a forum, and I've never seen anything that shows that about him. Even if he doesn't become a top two c/w, his speed, size alone make him a great 3rd/4th line guy. I hope they keep him at center, which unless we have a prospect come in and surpass all expectations, I think they will. At least until they see what he can do in the NHL at c.

I think you gotta give it to price.Rinne is as elite as it comes and having a realgud season, but hes got a damn good team in front of him, and (arguably) the best defensive corps in the league with him. Montreal's defense is nothing special, aside from subban who I don't think is that good defensively *, and their forward corps is average at best. They're good because price is consistently dominant and keeps them in every game that he's not basically single handedly winning for them. It could be argued that he is the most important player to his teams success more so than any other player in the league.

That would be amazing.Not only because I like our chances of beating the panthers over Boston I'd it were to shake out that way, but also because Florida deserves to get in. They need some hype that the playoffs would help bring, but could you imagine if they get in and their home attendance is still near 10-15k. Ha.. His hands aren't bad around the net, he just rarely gets the puck there since he's playing on the fourth line.However, I think he's just gripping his stick too tight, and the bounces just aren't coming his way. He clearly has the skill, go look at some of his goals from last season when he had confidence, spin o ramma first goal, making Pavel datyuk-esque moves, or even his behind the back drop pass this year to Kronwall. The skills not the problem, its there, I just think they told him to play a simple game to teach him the way defensively in the nhl. He's still developing and he's fast, big, hits well, grinds well already so yes still valuable to the team while babs is teaching him the stuff he didn't have time to learn in grand rapids. Hell come around, but I really do think they should send him down let him get his confidence back and bring him up after two or three weeks and put him on one of the top lines. Something like they just did with pulks. Also. Having him on a line with A.A. and mantha would be great. Let them all get some chemistry together because if they all come near their potential they could become one of our top two lines of the future. I think Mantha-Athanasiou-Jurco (jam line) together would be amazing, speed, size, skill, some grit, and with a sniper in mantha.... It could be special. aa+Jurcos speed alone would give people fits, and manthas pretty damn quick himself.

Yeah, I'm not seeing anything about Jurco being sent down, even in the article talking about kindl coming up, and Quincey going down in practice. If he was sent down I'd think they'd have done it at the same time the brought kindl back up, making the info attainable at the same time.
