I'd rebuff your sentiment by saying that those guys aren't often available, ones who can chip in offensively and kill pks as good as miller come around even less.(not saying I consider what miller does offensively as chipping in.) Also. Glendenning is pretty mean. And gritty. And he gets under people skin a lot, and he draws a lot of penalties without going to the box with him. I know one player doesn't make the team gritty, but Abby plays a pretty aggressive game, quincey gets aggro in his own right. And ericsson doesn't let people take liberties with our players as much as people say opponents do. Brendan smith also plays a somewhat gritty game.

I would argue this is why we're ways one of the least penalized teams perennially.

What miller lacks in "truculence"()He makes up for in penalty killing. He's invaluable to our team and an essential part to our fourth lines success.

Quincey is the least of our worries, with how well he's played add to that he's only got the rest of this season and next season remaining on his contract, the gritty new player for the fourth line will most likely be Callahan.And I don't See Ericsson being moved all the way down the third pair. He has his gaffes but he is a top four defenseman, and this year he came in less than 100% with his finger still being messed up and not being able to train fully. So I give him a mulligan for the beginning of this season.
