Jurco and sheahan together is a beautiful thing. And jurcs just trying to do everything he can to stay here. I know hes young. But he gets better and better every game. I hope some movement happens to where we can keep him up. And helm with some nice hand work. Should've shot it. But it looked good. Against almost any other defender that move would probably have worked. -
I think they understand that. Were retooling on the fly, moving from our small skilled players to a bigger roster. Like jurco. Skilled as hell. Still big. And strong. and tonight vs Chicago he's throwing it around. Like dickie said they had to build up the farm, get some size in there and let it gradually work into the line up.

I think we should put Ericsson and/or smith as forwards on the pp. Big(ish) bodies that could screen, and win puck battles to retrieve it. -

Maybe babs is keeping Bert and cleary on helms wings to get him to step up. He really was the best 3rd line c in the league before his injuries, babtism by fire to catch him up developmentally. Or maybe im reaching, hoping theres a master plan behind all this madness. He's fast enough to carry that line. And yes, i meant babtism. -

Our fourth line is playing well. The last few games I've seen a lot of good things from glendenning.. ddidnt really like him, or understand how he got the call up before the obvious, but he's gritty. I'm comin around.
