I hate Kane. But Jesus man, has anyone seen the chemistry between him and Panarin yet? Its scary, and they know the other will get the puck back to the other, so they constantly try to force each other the puck. Like I want Kane to get hit by a Cab, but I'd be lying if I said it wasn't special to watch.

I do. High protein, high iron. Lots of meats, lots of greens. Broccoli and asparagus ftw. The person below me eats baby food, for the easily digestible nutrients.

I started lifting regularly again, and I strained my bicep a few weeks back. That's painful yo. I used to curl around 150, and I started off low with high reps, 35, got back up to 100, 15,12,10 reps, now I'm supposed to wait another month before I start back up again. I'll probably hold off a little longer, Cuz I can't have one arm out of service this long again.

Aside from doing a good enough job penalty killing Glendenning has been silent. Which I'm not used to from arguably one of the best 4th line centers in the league. Go out there and cause some havoc. Lil Bert would handle this. And Larkin's got his own line! There you go pulks! -
