That sucks. Hope you feel better! I had one of those last year, and they couldn't figure out where all these pieces of bone the were hitting in my gums came from. Long story short, I had to go to a surgeon and get bone chips removed from when I broke my cheek bone/jaw. And they had to take the tooth. But I have a cool new shiny one. I call it noobtooth Cuz it doesn't get what my moufs all about just yet. It'll get there. One day.

He's the male, hockey playing equivalent of a succubus. He sucks the life out teenaged girls and their young hockey playing boyfriends. Speaking of her bf. I feel kinda bad for the kid. He lists jagr as one of his heroes, who now, is his Eskimo buddy.

Just because they didn't find his dna doesn't mean it didn't happen.

Islanders turn cold blooded on top prospect

http://www.newsday.com/sports/hockey/islanders/isles-gm-garth-snow-reads-riot-act-to-josh-ho-sang-1.10863651 He was also wearing #66 in camp, before being sent home. Which I'm kind of surprised to see he was given, I thought it was an unspoken respect thing for Mario. -
We need our guards to hold up on the o line and not let Stafford get blown up, then the d won't be on the field so much and won't give up 21+ point leads. And getting deadre levy healthy will help a lot too, dudes one of the best linebackers in the league, and I hear his beard hangs out with zetterbeard on the weekend.

If they're looking for him to be the 6/7th guy, then I think this is a good depth move, but if they expect him to play any amount of time in the defensive zone they're going to be thoroughly disappointed. I knew he wasn't a defensive stalwart when we acquired him, but I never expected he'd be as bad as he was in his own end. For the amount of people who rag on our own home grown guys, he was given a surprisingly long leash. He did score some timely goals, which Gave him a bit of leeway in my eyes, but I thought he was really, really bad.

If Larkin forces his way to the team , what will we look like?
jimmyemeryhunter replied to nyqvististhefuture's topic in General
You're missing Jurco in your the lines, but if helm isn't ready to go then Larkin will for sure be up. If he absolutely forces his way onto the team then I assume they'll make a trade. -
Agreed. The only thing is, with that much white they're going to be looking very gashed up shortly. But still good looking set ups.

They all look pretty good, clean and uncluttered. I dig it.

Is it just me, or has smith been one of our better playoff performers the last two years? Against Boston I was confident every time he was on the ice, and he had a fairly mistake free series vs Tampa, plus he seemed to be buzzing all over the ice. He has impressed me in the playoffs, much more so then in the regular season. No ones going to argue that he doesn't make some bone headed mistakes that make me question his intelligence, but when the speed is ramped up, especially in the playoffs, he seems to thrive. Which is what excites me about him under Blashill, and why I would advocate keeping him around, if even for just his potential. The speed we have coming up through the system could lend itself well to a blue line with smith on it, assuming he can limit his gaffes.

Islanders turn cold blooded on top prospect
jimmyemeryhunter replied to kipwinger's topic in General
There was an interview with his one of his junior coaches that said their were a lot of reasons they had to trade, but they wouldn't say what they were exactly. Was this it?Or is that another situation? Cuz he does seem to cause drama everywhere he goes. -
P.K. Subban Donates $10 Million Dollars to Children's Hospita
jimmyemeryhunter replied to ShanahanMan's topic in General
I apologize if I misread your standing on it, but it seemed like you were saying it wasn't a big deal.Which even if it is just five million, it still is a lot of money, and the way I read the articles about it, is that he, himself, is donating the full ten million, just spacing it out. Also, I know that a lot of NHL players donate money and their time, but he is doing both, and monetarily on a very big level, I think that's worth some praise, the same way we praise our guys who donate a bunch of their time. -

He was heralded as a top ten pick going into the draft year, but there was a lot of personality concerns about him, apparently more than a few teams had him on their do not draft list. -
"He has an NBA players attitude, this is hockey, dip derrr derrrp."

I'll level with ya, I never really got into star wars.So I'll have to take your word for it.

His company Roca wear designed them, and that's what I said.Their following in the color scheme of the nets, but I do agree the giant NY logo then makes zero sense. But whatevs. I won't be wearing them.

I really like him, but I want him, and marner to fail. The way Toronto fans talk about him makes me want to vomit, like he is good, but he's not gretzky and they act like he is. And stamkos. And Eric staal.

I wish they'd let Mrazek use his snowflake pads with the snowman on it. Those were awesome.

P.K. Subban Donates $10 Million Dollars to Children's Hospita
jimmyemeryhunter replied to ShanahanMan's topic in General
I think its the state of lgw vs playmaker. But it is pretty damn messed up, right? Dude. Its his foundation, he created it. He is the fund, he is the pocket. He's giving $10million dollars over a period of 7 years, and they put his name on a building. You're coming off like you think him donating TEN MILLION DOLLARS to a children's hospital is a bad thing. Even if he did do it just for good press, he deserves it, he gave sick children 10 MILLION DOLLARS they wouldn't have otherwise had. -
Is the first preseason game in a week gonna be on tv?
