For sure, Kesler is better than Stewart but I can see stew as a bigger need kesler might hit more but Stewart will be the guy who'd drop the gloves and be able to park in front for 2nd pp,, he's similar to clowe, jordin Nolan, and even Chris Neil.... We need a guy like that in lineup.... who will embrace babs coachin as for hemsky he seems washed up IMO but maybe pair him with a Weiss and bert or abby

I think we should leave the losers in Vancouver no need to make a trade just cuz deadline comin up..... We do need a shutdown puck moving d Macdonald or zidlicky, seen his name on this forum he's not the shutdown but he would be a poor mans rafalski

The trade with buffalo makes way more sense and can be potentially cheaper on what we give up,, I still don't think we need kesler and I hope Holland will see that too

@dickiedunn yea but Stewart would bring the grit and toughness we need if wed be matched with a Boston or even the pens in playoffs he would be a great asset to posses...

They generate offense but defense first they wouldn't (particularly chara) just take the puck and attempt to skate goal lie to goal line

For.sure can probably add subban doughty somewhat and def karlsson... I agree both chara and pronger were d first but pronger was able to do it all till maybe last 2 years he played Fixed that for ya. Unless they can get him for next to nothing, that contract is too bad to take the risk. If we can add Stewart some way (I'm not sure of his cap # tho)

Kip for sure.... Myers gives the puck away ALOT (albeit s***ty team) but I think I'd take myers for quincey, him on our 2nd pp would be upgrade but it wouldn't help defensively where weactually need the improvement.... Tough choices....

I don't have the capability to copy and paste on my work computer but he actually said that Kelser to Detroit makes sencse, send a package of Weiss, Sheahan, Jurco, Tatar and a couple of picks to Vancouver.. Morris has a nice shot member watching him with rangers I can't repeat enough how much we shouldn't want to trade for kesler..... As for dman MacDonald would be best top for 4 shut down
