It's weird how Kings struggle for the first half of the year then just turn it on when they need to

I'm just gonna say it. Yes Kindl needs to show a vast improvement in consistency but if he does and keeps the offense I'll learn to accept his defensive gaffes. I'm definitely not convinced from one game where he was desperate to produce which may go away and take his offense with him

I think red wings are able to typical counter the hard forechecking with speed but the jets were able to match if not one up our speed so the game got away from us

I definitely think this trade hurts them but I guess I'm kind of looking at this trade specifically a little different. Enroth is a great goalie who likely could be a starter for another team (maybe Dallas) and Buffalo has been giving Neuvirth most of the starts. Both of them have expiring contracts and both want to be starters so you likely would only sign one. By doing this trade they get a signed backup, no matter how terrible he is, and you get a third rounder which isn't bad considering it's for a potential rental player.
