I was saying he was the only other threat on the PP besides Nyquist and they lie about Tatars height, I'd say Nyquist is 5'11 and tats is 5'8 5'9 maybe Mick talks about it all the time

I just don't see Tatar scoring more than 25 this year idk, i don't think last year was a fluke but the guy is tiny and teams are going to make sure they shut him down this year just like they shut down Nyquist

1 season doesn't mean anything, Tats got to play with PPG Pav all season and was basically our only other serious threat on the PP it was Tats breakout year and Gooses sophmore slump

At this stage of their careers I'd say they are, they both looked better than Smith last year.

They don't turn the puck over frequently, they are better defenders and good at moving the puck, they don't need PP time to be useful and utilize their skills and they don't grab the puck out of the air while on the bench, basically they both have working brains.

Kindl deserves power play time over Smith lol he's already proven he can produce why do we need 4 offensive defensemen, why play around with Smith when we already have 3 guys who can do the job, also since it's established the guy can't play defense why is he still on this team over Marchenko and Ouellet both proved they can play under Babs why wouldn't they be that much better under Blash since you think Smith will be?

Maybe it's because Dekeyser doesn't s*** the bed on a regular basis E was hurt last year supposedly so okay we can excuse his performances but Smith wasnt anything special he played alright after babs put him in for Marchenko still E is the one who should've been scratched I know Marchenko and Oullet are both better than Smith but for some reason KH won't give up on him yet, He couldn't move Kindl last year then goes and gives Bonehead smith a deal that no one will probably want this year.

Helm Abby I'd imagine We saw that alot last year, our fourth line center (Nosek,Andy whoever) can be the other PKer Abby is so good on the PK tho I'm sure we will see them all on the Pk But i don't think Sheahan or Abdelkader should kill them regularly

Taking Sheahan off the PP and putting him on the penalty kill, don't see him developing into a second line center if that happens, we don't need anymore defensive forwards we already have Abby Helm Andy Ferraro Luke at least four of those guys will be in the lineup this year and We'll have Larkin next year, I like how they are putting him on the wing, forget focusing on defense kid shoot the puck and throw that body around, Smith is what 25 26? Why keep givin him chances he's a bottom pairing guy, maybe a 4 when he turns his brain on, Sheahan has great hands an unreal shot and a big body he definitely should be on the PP and playing more minutes than Richards even imo.

Green Kronner Kindl Smith there's three guys ahead of smith when it comes to playing on the PP even if we run the 3-2 I'd rather have Kindl on it than smith, we just need to trade smith and call up Marchenko he can go QB Edmontons PP. Also one of the biggest reasons our pp was so successful last year was because of the net front presence, if it ain't broken don't fix it.

Why plug Franzen on the first unit, it will be Nyquist or Tatar no doubt about it our two best goal scorers won't be on the same unit

The only reason I'd take franson over Quincey is if we needed a right handed offensive d-man good thing our gm snagged up the best one in FA and signed two kids who are right handed and OFFENSIVE defensemen, we didn't need Franson, we didn't even have cap space for him.

This is just my opinion but the Norris goes to the defenseman who has the greatest impact on the league and also the biggest reason for his team winning, lots of guys are the reason for their team winning(Suter,Keith etc) But what kind of impact did they have on the league how many points did they put up? I think Subban is just as valuable to the Canadiens as Keith is to the Hawks, which is why you see a lot of offensive defensemen win the trophy not only did they lead the league in points for defensemen but where would their teams be without them, Montreal and Ottawa don't have Toews and Kanes P.S I don't have the best grammar so if I made any mistakes don't judge lol.

I mean thats why the wings played better with that guy Mrazek, Frank you know that scrub who made our transition game much simpler and our defense look better, transition is VERY important especially when you consider the pace some of these games are played at.
