How about this trade? Mantha a 1st Oullette and Smith for JVR and Phanief with 1.850 salary retained I feel like Toronto would take that when I look at what they gave Kessel up for.. That's more than fair I bet we make a deadline acquisition this year but I think it'll be for a big forward not a defenseman.

yeah that's what I heard but of the few clips I've seen of him he's a really good playmaker, i just hope we see this kid in pre season, really feel like he has a chance to be a great two way forward, just hope he gets to play with Pav maybe some magic will rub off on him

Nyquist will prove he's atleast just as valuable as Tatar this year, I see him netting 30 and with the additions of Green and Richards plus pulks blasting from the blue line 70 points isn't out of the question for him
